Looking good Kevin! Thank you for sharing!
Great job. That go cart is looking good.
Nice work buddy. Looking good. I cant wait for the test drive ;)
Very nice project Kevin. I would have put another plate on top of the existing motor mount instead of cutting that all off, but yours worked. Thanks for the video.
Really fun Project keep like this!
really like your project, I myself have always wanted to have a project like this and hope to possibly make one of these soon. Looking at others projects and yours is the closest to the idea I have in mind, it looks great
Thanks for the video I really enjoyed it you are doing great your friend G-man
Thanks in a million. Great content. Awesome. Grade: A++💥
looks good dad im gonna have to put a rearview mirror on mine so I can see that thing in action!
Kevin, don't put up with this trash talk. Put a rocket motor in that cart for the sake of us old guys. :-D
😂😂
Looking good bud. For sure just tacking most things right now is a good idea. who knows how many things will have to be moved a smidge eh. Your welds may be a bit rough but I see no holes or voids and that is what matters for sure. Slow and steady wins every time my friend.A shim here or there is always a doable/good idea to perfect alignments eh.
Sometimes ya gotta try & ''try again'' before ya get things to suit. You did & it worked out fine. As far as your seat....I'd try to scrounge me an old mid-80s Toyota SR5 pickup seat. I had an 85 Toyota SR5 4 wheel drive pickup that I rebuilt it's frame from the cab>back because a leaf spring hanger rusted & broke loose. Those SR5 seats will fit ya like a glove. It'll take a little modification, but it'll improve the ride. You're doin alright & ya made a great video. Good work, Sir.
Thanks for the comment.
Looks great so far good job. On your welder what type are you using, I am looking at the harbor freight 120 volt wire welder not sure if it's big enough, I am just doing simple welding projects
Here is a video on my welder th-cam.com/video/kt7lsC1TDEQ/w-d-xo.html
looks good you will have it finished before you know it.
nice real nice like that go-kart you should keep it purple👍😎🕇
I for see a problem with the variable speed clutch hitting the brake pipe you just welded on , there is no room for the clutch
to expand as it goes faster.
NAILED IT👆
If he cuts that brake bracket off and adds a Inch to it will be good!
Just got to end of video..he put spacers under the motor and I think he is good now..
move the bearing bracket to the inside
I have the same kart im building for my kids i was wondering why u went with the 44inch axle if u can help me i would greatly appreciate it thanks
so it won't roll over easy
Or anyone where I can get an axel ?
And if I went with the same rear axle could I go with wider tires on the back
yes you sure can, you can contact go power sports for all your needs
I think i would have welded the bearing to the outwr side of brake bracket. That would have given the clesrence and spead bearings a little farther apart.
Or maybe the inside of the bracket and put brake on outside.
To move that motor over couldn't you have just drilled out new mounting holes?
Should
Can you please send me da info where you get your axel please

All it needs is a Tillotson Hemi 212 out the box stock 10hp 💪😏 An internals are Much Better machined an made then Predator Engine's.
Thanks for watching.
