oh good for you and im sorry about that. when i think of video games i often have moments where i wish i could go back to my best gaming month ever. so its all downhill. we all walk that road at somepoint.
I also loved The Goblin Emperor 😊 Are you planning on reading the novellas set in the same world? The third and last one should be coming out next year
I actually really enjoyed The Book that Broke the World. I can understand why you didn't because the relationship between Liviria and Evar really took a back seat. But Book that wouldn't Burn was 4 star for me and Broke the World was a 5. I really resonated with the themes and enjoyed the fact that we were able to leave the coming of age part of the story behind. Because I'm old and tired and want to read about adults. 😄 I read Ocean's Echo on your recommendation from the last video and enjoyed it a lot. Fantastic characters with for me the right balance of action and romance.
🦩I can see that the internal conflict of characters is something that's really important to you! It comes up in several of your book reviews this time. That reminds me of this quote: "The greatest battles of life are fought out daily in the silent chambers of the soul." David O. McKay
I just finished this phenomenal new book of fairy tales entitled Sillies, Fancies, and Trifles - it was phenomenal and I think you'd love it. It would go with the lovely recommendations here. Keep up the beautiful videos :)
Ooo glad to hear positive thoughts on illuminae!! I should be getting to it next week!
A side quest that last several books, love that description. Great video!!
