I am not sure about grammar but you seem to be describing prepositions rather than adverbs. In English these would be prepositions. Under, next, on above, in front of, etc are prepositions. Prepositions describe the relationship between two nouns, you and some other object in your examples. Adverbs describe the manner in which a verb occurs. For the verb run we could say run slowly, run lazily, run quickly. The word after run in these cases are adverbs.
