I absolutely love cabovers, takes me back to my childhood watching BJ and the bear, and seeing them all on the highway!
Great looking rig. Props to the owner for spending time and money restoring it.
Thank for showing us your family’s love and respect for very important things.👍🙏
Grandpa is so proud of you Koby. Best way to keep his legacy alive
That’s one amazing white freightliner. Thank you Miss Red👍👍👍
Awesome truck and even more awesome story.
That is a sharp Old Freightliner cabover. 👍
Awesome truck, it's great to see you keeping your grandfathers legacy alive. Hopefully I'll see the truck at a show next year.
When someone mentions the Grizz, ya know their talking about Bev Bye. My dad worked with Bev and spoke very highly of him, truely a legend!
Love the tour thank you Miss Flatbed Red
VERY COOL, awesome restoration
That is a great-looking truck I like the story is cool I bet you're proud to drive that🔥👌👍🏆😎
Pretty Cool Rig thanks for the video 😀
Thanks for watching! I love seeing trucks stay in the family.
Really neat that he restored his grandfather's truck.
Miss havin a sausage on a bun with Bev, back when he ran Jet fuel down to Trenton air base! So glad the Ole girl is still on the road! Frankie’s old Louisville and Bev’s truck, two of the most iconic trucks to run the 403 401 corridor! Two of the nicest guys you will ever of had the pleasure of knowing! Both sorely missed!
She is absolutely gorgeous. You're one lucky dude. Keep on truckin 👍
That's a neat truck! Interesting to see a sleeper with the bunk running along the side of the sleeper and not across the back wall.
That is a beautiful truck. The paintwork of the bear is awesome. 🙂🙂
The coolest cabover sleeper ever....
Timeless classic
I love the paint job on the sleeper
This is an incredible looking Rig
Very nice!
nice truck & restoration, I drove my uncle's 1982 freightliner cabover back in 82, he said it had the heavy cab with the Canadian insulation package, the heavy duty cab like yours has the row of rivets on each side of the grill angled or in a tapered row, light weight cabs have rivets straight up & down, his also had the 400A cat & 13sp it did not have the super sleeper and a lot of cool mods yours does
That is fantastic
Very cool.
Sweet looking Freightliner
Awesome job 👍
Absolutely Beautiful !💯
Wow that's awesome
Very nice
Hello 👋🏻 Magnificent Kenworth 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Great work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
It is not a Kenworth.
That's one of the Neatest trucks you've shown Ms. RED
As a kid I thought the glitter steering wheels on Freightliners was nifty.
Dads '77 cabover was triple blue with blue interior had the blue glitter wheel and switch extensions
His '79 long nose had a green glitter wheel and switch extensions.
Before I ended up with my 352, I was about to buy a red & white Freightliner cabover with a red interior, red glitter wheel, and red glitter switch extenders. Really regret letting it go.
Now that’s a classy looking stretch. I hate those long tractors that you know aren’t practical.
Is there some sort of air bag between the back of a cab and the bunk? I love to know how it kept it weather tight.
And still lift the cab.
An instant "like" by me....
Gotta like it when the family keeps something meaningful in good shape to remember grandpa!
@MissFlatbedRed Yes !!!! I wish that I could have driven the White tractor truck that my Grandfather drove back in the 50s.
I remember Grizzly....nice man, I do not recall who he worked for but I am thinking he hauled a tanker at one time.
That cab is newer than 1978. the doors did not go into the cab in 1978.
So they access back bunk from that side door?
Ole girl should be out on the big road just a strokin.
Zadbany ciągnik podoba mi sie to dlatego mają duży rozstaw miedzyosowy a co za tym idzie dłuższą ramę przewidzianą pod zabudowę i przesuwne siodło
Does anyone with Cab overs ever remodel with air ride suspension for the cab
Plenty. Watch other videos on my truck tours playlist.
I thought i recognized this from ontario but i thought he was with tri-mac. possible more than one obviously.
This is definitely a one of a kind.
MINT
グリズリー、怖い😱
I remember seeing this truck all the time on Upper James in Hamilton, driver had a big bushy beard.
Very nice 👍🤘
Yeah …that looks stupid
Just like your comment 🥱
Very nice
