today morning i try this recipe using HOT WATER & tge result is very soft & pretty yummy.. bfre this i try use normal temprature water..but when the pratha become cold,a bit chewy ..but this method w/o egg,just hot water needed,your paratha same like shop sell..

In Texas, we call them flour tortillas. The only thing is we don’t fry the dough once it’s rolled, we just heat it up! I will try by frying it next time. This just shows how alike all the cultures are! This is awesome!

Parathas are layered, kind of like puff pastry. If you notice, she creates layers in the dough by rolling it thin and then folding it back and forth. Similar to tortillas but way better, can't beat the flaky layers!

Tortillas are from México, and are so much easier to prepare it.
Paratha is from Bharat ( India! ) and basically are a pastry.
