Thanks for the tutorial! In Cavalry 2.0.3 I don't see the "Advanced" drop down for the Noise modifier at 6:05, any idea where i can find it ? Thanks :)
There's an intersections option in the Duplicator? 🤯 Another great tutorial, super useful. I love that Ouroboros effect, I've seen it before but never really thought about how you'd make it.
Thanks for the tute ! The only thing I do not understand is the use for the Subdivide deformer. Thought it was to attribute the number of colored divisions, but seems this number is defined through the Trim Path > Count. I'm still new to the Pro version but what is the use for the Subdivide here in the first shape ?
Hi, thanks for the TUTS!! one question, I don't see the "trim path" deformer inside the Editable shape. I'm using v.1.5.5 did something change?? thanks for your time.
Thank you for this tutorial. I use a paid version and just dowloaded the beta v1.4b3 for Mac - can't find it either. Any idea why that is? Thank you anyway for sharing!
@@pepkomotion totally understand. i know making the tutorials is a handful. I was referring to the Trim Path question someone asked. i was having trouble figuring out where it was too. However, i do have paid version and learned to turn on the beta in the preferences for it to work from the Cavalry docs
Looking at this if you're using Cav 2 + beta-docs.cavalry.scenegroup.co/nodes/shapes/segment-path
You have been the best asset for Cavalry thanks for a great tutorial.
Thanks mate, another great tutorial.

Hello. I’m using the professional version(2.0.0 Beta 2) cavalry app, but I can’t find the ‘trim path’ deformer inside the Editable shape.
Hey this has been completely changed. You can use sement path instead. Have a look here beta-docs.cavalry.scenegroup.co/nodes/shapes/segment-path

Hey the subdivide isn't neccessary - I just used it to smooth out my shape - without the sub - the shape would just have straight edges.
@@pepkomotion thanks a lot ! having fun following your tutos. It is a huge help.😀

It is a Pro feature. And also a beta feature that you have to turn on in preferences.
Thanks😁
I don't see Trim Path as an option in the Deformers Section - is this available only in the Paid Version?
Hey - sorry, turns out it is a beta feature. Pro only.

@@pepkomotion 🙌🏻 Heaven!!! Thank you sooo much!!!
For those of you watching in 2023, Trim Paths has been replaced with Segment Path (also try out Chop Path)
Also - Cavalry knows that there is a bug with this - so hopefully sorted with 2.0 release. The strokes can't follow around.
why make tutorial if you dont address peoples questions
Thanks for your question. What is this in relation too? I often answer peoples questions. If I don't it's probably because I forgot about it.
