Question, my machine has 19 miles. The grease isn’t catching. The belt looks ok, but I have to press the gas all the way for it to even move, any idea what that could be?
Wow CFMoto must have heard us out about the jerkiness cause my 2022 CForce Touring has no jerkiness straight out of the box from the factory. Great video!

Red Nick, you do a great job on your videos, Thanks, My question is: going over the top of the Clutch is a shielded piece of plastic, which seem to go into the back of the motor, and it has a clean out on the bottom. What is it for? Breathing for the CVT? 2022 CFmots Zforce 800 ex. THANKS and keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for this information. As soon as you pointed out the one way bearing I knew that was my issue. I have been weeding through BS trying to get a better understanding of what is going on in there before I tear it down. It's been getting hard to shift over the last snow plowing season, but now I have to shut it off to shift it. The shifter wont move with the engine running.
Wife and I just picked up a '22 Cforce 800 XC. Great machine and great explanation on how these clutches work. I possibly see upgrading the primary in the near future to smooth it out. Do you know how modifications affect the warranty? We have a 5 year full coverage warranty. Thank you!
Our primary kit for the clutch won’t effect the warranty. It will be nice and smooth with even more power for sure. Some mods will like bigger tires. Lift kits exhausts etc
I just bought new 800XC, and I can hear the little clunk sound sometimes when slowly applying throttle and taking off, could it be those plate pins as in the video?
I have a 2021 uforce 1000 that just won’t start. Last time I drove it it was just fine. Unfortunately let her sit for a week before I tried to start her again. She cranks but no start. Any ideas much appreciated.
Thanks for the info, very helpful. Just got my new UForce 1000 and noticed it’s a little jerky when I step on the pedal. I’ll wait to see how it goes until after it’s broken in.
It will continue to be jerky. The problem is not the clutch. A clutch kit will make the initial belt engagement better but not much. The problem is the the throttle sensitivity. Cracking the throttle even one millimeter, the engine ramps to fast. The fix will be softening the first 1/2" or so of pedal movement. You don't need to go from idle RPM to the machine jumping in 1 millimeter of pedal movement. Once the belt is engaged, the throttle needs to ease into the RPM. The UFORCE 1000 does not. It's a real shame because the machine is pretty dang nice otherwise.
I finally got time to install my clutch kit from you( primary, secondary spring, and helix). So the "clanging" sound at idle from the primary is normal? I removed the primary probably 5 or six times. The sound goes away when the rpms increase. It frustrated me. Put everything back together, took it for a spin and it was very smooth engagement. That "clanging" really gets me. Your videos are great!!!
@R.N.GPerformance thanks for the reply. Never had the covers off before. It seems more of a pinging, not a clanging sound. It's not as noticeable with them on. Your videos are very helpful and informative!!
We were test driving utvs, did can-am defender, polaris ranger, both 6 seaters. Also tested a cf moto uforce 2 seater that the belts were squealing and was very noisy in comparison. The dealer just said, "They're all like that." Assuming he meant the moto's? The other one we test drove weren't. But then, the engine and transmission was a full row of seats back further. Would it make that much difference?

Hi,

Help slight sqeek when setting off then noise goes like rubber on metal ay ideas belt looks fine
I have a UFORCE 600 and Im having trouble finding that particular clutch kit on your Amazon page. Can you help steer me in the right direction.
You can get our kits here www.rngperformance.net
Hello I have a 2020 cforce 600 it started perfect for months now lately it don't want to start have to give it some gas for it to start then I have to hold the throttle for about a minute before it'll idle. Any help? No check engine light or anything. One way bearing was gone didn't know if that would make it hard to start?
Nice video
I just went to be able to start rolling at a lower rpm. I have 2 - 600 touring cforce completely stock everything and I have to rev it so high just to get moving. Anyone have a suggestion in what clutch I should purchase?
You need our primary clutch kit it will take care of that www.rngperformance.net
My 2019 CFmoto Cforce 500s (75hours) was stolen and when it was found it wouldnt drive-found the remnants of the belt in the clutch and a weird tapping noise-cleaned it up and reinstalled with new belt but still makes weird nosie and when I put in gear the engine dies-Im guessing both primary/secondary clutches are shot? I think the thief rode the ATV fast in low gear? Is there anything I need to check? Im scared something internally is bad…
I dont mind paying you for your time/information definitely not here to take advantage of your knowledge-Im just on the fence on buying $600 worth of parts if it could be something else
Hey RNG my 2023 uforce 1000 has almost 2000 miles on it and it's made that rattle cling noise since I bought only does it at idle what could I do to stop it called the dealer and they gave me some run around that they hey dirt in them that's why it's making that noise I bought it brand new and it made that noise just trynna get it fixed the only problem I've had with mine
That noise is normal for these clutches. However if that noise gets really loud you will want to replace your sliders here. rngperformance.net/shop-parts-accessories/ols/products/cfmoto-cam-slider-replaces-oem-number-0jya-051004-10000-fits-most-models
@R.N.GPerformance OK thank you!!
If I put my CF Moto into low gear it pops out sometimes? Can you tell me what this is a symptom of?
Shifter adjustment
@R.N.GPerformance wasn't sure. I just got this 2013 uforce 600 rancher. I'm trying to do all the maintenence. The belt scares me. It looks like I have to pull the gas tank to even check it. Lol. I've got it all ripped apart already, just not sure what the best approach is. I download the manual but there isn't anything in there about it.
I just got a new cforce 800xc and just done the first gear and oil change on it. After a 2 or 3 hrs of riding I have trouble getting it to shift into (park) I have to rock it or backup to get it to go into park. My question is why is it doing that and would a upgrade clutch fix it?
Clutch won’t fix that but it will make it nice and smooth and add more power. A shifter cable adjustment may fix it tho
🤣 I got 100km out of my OEM belt paid $317 for a new cf Moto belt and got 25km out of it and it's screwed again. Regret not getting a Suzuki king quad. Nevery had a problem with my old king quad
Have you gotten a clutch kit? I recommend only oem belts we sell them far cheaper. I would also recommend our clutch kits. We are seeing awesome belt life in our rigs

@@R.N.GPerformance no clutch kit on it yet only had the bike 2 weeks really frustrated that the belt has gone out twice on a $22k bike I just bought 2 weeks ago
Whats the weight and dimensions for cf625 of clutch kit 1 spring and weight?
Message me www.rngperformance.net
So I have a 2018 cfmoto zforce 800 trail. Recently I've been having an issue. I got a bad smell and let off the accelerator then it just locked up. I was able to ride it home then drove around and it drove fine. Then today I got the smell and seemed like it was stopping pretty quick. Any suggestions?
Check your belt
@R.N.GPerformance this is my first utv so I'm new to this scene
So the belt is all good. Problem was I was driving and I Smelled and possibly heard something weird so I let off the throttle and atleast one brake locked up I believe. Cuz I got the whole tire squeal letting me know it wasn't turning. So could maybe something with the brakes? But idk what would cause it
Is it normal to have a small pin hole in a primary clutch outer sheave? On the belt rining side? Putting a clutch kit on a friends bike an I noticed it.
Yeah. That’s from the casting
@R.N.GPerformance thanks appreciate the reply 👍🏼
I hate I bought a Cfmoto 1000. They tricked me with the price. Had I know it runs and jerks like hell.
All you need is our primary clutch kit it will be a nice smooth machine. We have video showing this. th-cam.com/users/shortsrMjt5AwUhI8?si=OYYS84jukoU7NaJV
Are gates belts any good?
I’m not a fan of them. Dayco, Ultimax, OEM are my favorites
Do you have your microphone in your throat?
Maybe
What if it's brand new right off the showroom floor and I'm having problems shifting it
Take it back.
We are no longer recommending Ultimax belts. Unfortunately. We do sell OEM belts at the absolute best prices. Www.rngperformance.net
My CFMOTO does have a jerky start when cold. Once it warms up - everything is ok and it starts smoothly. What could be the issue?
Nothing. Sounds good to me.
What size sockets are you using?
8,18,32,36
Would you know why the clutch weights come out of position.
? Not sure
I have a cf moto 2023 800 ex, around 2-8 km an hour I jerk and it doesn’t sound so good… do you believe this Could be my issue?
It’s very very possible
Mine is making a raddel noise.what is it u think???
The 3 sliders in the clutch.
@@R.N.GPerformance thanks
Tried to find the clutch on Amazon. Could you help me out. Not sure which one? I did look under RNG. Thanks

What are you looking for?
@@R.N.GPerformance my bad. The clutch system you did the video on. I have a 2022 c.f. moto 1000 and ran tracks this winter in Montana and it jerks starting out in high gear. Really annoying now I have the wheels on.
Hello, Any idea why I get a high pitched ringing sound from the clutch, at about 30mph on my Zforce 800? Thanks.
That’s probably the rear differential your hearing.
Hello Guys ,I have an issue with a CFmoto 625 from 2022 4500 Km on it . Will start but will go high in revs around 2500-3000 then comes slowly down and stays or slowly fluctuate . When driving it will not go more them 40 Km ( in hight ) , from there on the engine is stalling , like it does not have power to go forward. If I start the machine in neutral and rev it , between 4000-5000 it is like is folding something the engine back and will hesitate to smoothly rev after passed the 5000 barrier will rev till max.
I have checked the bet, one way bearings weight etc there is all fine , as it does the same when those are off. Has already new spark, spark lead . New filter . No error on dashboard.
Does anyone came across this and can give me some advise ? Thanks
Do your clutch kits void factory warranty
No they don’t.
Ok thanks
$369 for a clutch kit , it doesn't come with a new one way bearing or a new belt ..... than they still want you to buy specialty tools..... i should have just bought a honda
I wish you can call me .I like to talk to you about mine. It's new and only has 50 miles on it
Give me a call tomorrow 3308060728
Thank you I will
Do you lose top speed with the clutch kit
Depends on the kit you get. Some you do some you don’t. Just the primary kit you don’t lose much if any depending on machine tire size etc. you gain allot more power to the ground.
I have a cf moto 2020 600 do to muchs noise but son like the engine like metal with metal
Ouch.
Mine is smooth.
I was going to buy a c f moto side by side. But no way. How in the heck u change a belt on the trail. No way

Best to buy a Honda with a real transmission, no belts, and never have to deal with belt slippage, breakage or weights and springs. 🏆🏆🏆
No thanks. Honda and transmission plus reliable don’t even go In the same sentence 😂
@@R.N.GPerformance I stand by your assessment. Hondas last real transmissions were made in 1997 on the Japanese built accord! 😁
I had a Pioneer 700 for seven years which I just sold for a 2023 Yamaha wolverine x2. Reason why I didn't go Honda again was lack of innovation and improvements in their sxs.
Not true if you get the hondamatic, any water trashes it and your out 2k for another, the foot shift is a different story, but the auto is not as good
I just sold my P5 with 5.9 " of suspension and a single cylinder for an 800 ex with 64 hp and 10.5" of stock suspension. Only about $2k difference and 3 years/3 k miles newer!
CFMOTO is not good.
It’s not? Did I waste my money on 8 of them?
Hey guys looking for some input here....I'm about to pull the trigger on a cf 1000 but I'm apprehensive due to the fact that is Chinese, did you recommend to go ahead and buy it?will it be reliable If we'll maintain?....please get back to me
I have purchased 4 CFMOTO machines and have zero regrets
I guys tnx for all your feedbacks I got my unit, a month ago and I love it!
Plenty of power and it feels very solid, looking foward for hunting season!!!
I have a 2017 800 EX identical to yours it has a real bad dry bearing sound the whole time you're driving I had the engine rebuilt Guy guy charge me 2800 to rebuild it has a real nasty dry bearing sound super smooth kind of hard to get in park the whole time you're driving it it sounds like a real dry bearing what could that be redneck
Could be wet clutch.
Hi Steve, can you please send me your email address! I want to send you a video with my Atv problem, I need your opinion. It has a strange sound when reducing the power (Cfmoto 500-2 A). Thank you!
