Really wish they used him for a few more episodes, I love Todd ( the actor) and while the costume was a little dumb ( sadly this show has FAR worse) the performance was decent and the fights were all good. And while not as good as other evil speedsters, I liked his villain voice. Especially “ I’m gonna show you whose the fastest man alive.” It was enjoyable.
He always reminded me more of Daniel west Reverse-flash. Hunter zolomon wearing the darker colors Jay-Flash suit looked more like the actual Rival, and if he had the V9 blue trail like he’s supposed to.

Because in the comics, Zoom is faster and more dangerous than the reverse flash. They had to go with a bigger threat for season 2
Rival should be in season 9 so there will be 6 evil speedsters vs 6 heros speedsters
