My current breakfast obsession is oatmeal cooked with chia seeds and oat milk, topped with almond butter, dried dates, more oat milk and maple syrup! Very nice and comforting

The giant 🍄bag took me back to the start of the pandy when I ended up with a entire flat of shiitake mushrooms, which yes made it into every meal for a week.Great video, breakfast ideas, and morning thoughts. I've become almost physically incapable of just laying in bed-gotta get up and going, even on the weekends.
My hyper-fixation meal has been this miso kimchi soup thing I made up lol Sautee kimchi in sesame oil until kinda crispy Add in water and once it almost boils dissolve the miso and add in cut tofu Then I add in some cooked rice and seaweed Super yummy 😳🫶

I'm going to try it tomorrow, although I do love spending some time in bed in the mornings :) On another note, do you ever have food fatigue? I found this term but not many people talk about it. It basically means getting bored of eating. I am experiencing it now and have no idea how to act in these periods. Normally it just leaves on its own, but I was wondering if you had a similar experience
Can you talk about the seed cycling one time? My derm actually recommended it to me for my acne and I’ve never heard of it before now so would be interesting to hear someone’s perspective who does it
Next time you make mushrooms on toast, definitely add half a tsp of marmite (or I guess Vegemite in aus 😊) to the mushrooms, its the perfect umami flavour!

So many yummy places in Newtown! Gigi’s for pizza, neko neko for ramen, bar planet for the best martini! The coastal track in the royal national park is really stunning if you want to go for a bit of a hike, Wendy’s secret garden is a sweet place to go with a packed lunch and a book. You can walk from there to Luna park and take the ferry to circular quay and then you’ve seen all the iconic places at once hehe. If you have a cat the blue mountains is stunning! Black cockatoo in lawson makes the best vegan croissants 😚
