Yes, you can come with your spouse and children depending on the program you get, benefits that come with it. Usually spouses come as dependants for the cases I’ve seen. I’m not sure about the working bit. Please consult the Italian embassy in your country for clarity

Hi Noriah, yes you need basic Italian to do any job in Italy even though some jobs don't require it. For example some companies whose working languages are English, French etc. If you don't speak any Italian, I suggest that you apply to such companies first and then learn Italian with time

Students with a student permit can only work 20 hours a week the last time I checked.

You both need to receive individual visas on entry to Italy. If your study program permits & caters for your spouse, then she will get a visa and the motive depends on what she intends to do in Italy. Some visas forexample student visa limits one to 20 hours per week. While others permit you to work freely. I hope this helps
Please dear,I got a. Scholarship to study in Italy,and my appointment is on first week of August 2022, and I have write to the school on the documents I should come with on the date of my interview, they school just replied me this afternoon , apologizing for the delay in response, they also stated that, my appointment has been rescheduled to the 3rd week of August with out giving me a date thou the said before 3rd week they will give me a date,they also said that is because of the halt in immigration processes . My question is is their any halt in Italy migration processe as it stands now?? Please do reply me thank u

No. You need a UACE (A’level) certificate
