Depends on your location and lifestyle. If you live in Kasoa for example then you must have a car bc it's 45min at the least to an hour away from Accra, depending on traffic. Similar to living in a suburban or country area in the states and commuting to the city. For me it was 45min without heavy traffic which wasn't bad. But if there is heavy traffic it can be a while. It's definitely cheaper to live though and closer to the beaches. About 30 to 45min to Kokrobite and Bojo Beach and Winneba. And two hours away from Cape Coast.
Believe it or not there are apartments in the nice areas of Accra going for the same amount as apartments in the US $800, $900, $1,200 in USD! So what she is showing is an excellent price.
@@yadalong2004 yes but we also make way more money, look up the average pay there in Ghana. This is about 1 months salary for Ghanaians. This is a steal for someone moving there that makes outside money though.
