Matcha parfait

YUUUUUUUMMMM!! Had this many many years ago at a restaurant and was so impressed that I had to make it myself. Later did i notice that this was actually just layers of alternating ice cream, cream, cornflakes.
Matcha ice cream:
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tsp matcha powder
cream:
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
red bean paste:
3/4 cup dried red beans
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
cornstarch slurry
miscellaneous:
corn flakes
chocolate syrup
