    Awesome video, well explained, couple of things I noticed the grey end of the high pressure hose usually goes on the gun end (unless the gun has a integrated swivel), also the small lance nozzles you are using are either worn or a larger size causing lower than normal pressure (unless you have it turned down on the red knob) lastly the oil may go milky again if the oil chamber was not completely cleaned.
    Would love to help you out if you need help 👍

    i used to service and repair 'that other German brand mostly yellow, black or gray and begins with K..' and a tip for fitting new pumpseals is to grease them up, and let them soak in hot ( like tea water hot) for a little while. the chance of dammaging seals is less when they are a little bit more flexible, and yes there is a tool for that. I saw that the oil turned quite milky coloured. This might be caused by the plungers being damaged. check with your fingernail over the part where the plunger and seal(s) make contact, if you can feel any obstical, ( make sure it's not debree) than you should replace the plungers to.

    • @1kontrabida
      @1kontrabida 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its water mixing with oil which turns into a milky substance, most like due to seals or Orings being worn out. and I agree to warm the seals and lubricate them a little bit of marine grease or ur preferred grease. I normally get long pin and clean the pin size holes all around the pump and soak the pump with vinegar with a pinch of salt to dissolve all the particles on every crevices or pinholes...Lastly ill check the fan and shroud on the back and also either wipe or repaint the pump as needed.

    This is proof of how well the Kranzle power washers are build. Looking at the parameters, they are quite a bit more expensive when compared to similar Karcher or Nilfisk models, but it shows in how overbuilt it is. Despite being so neglected, it lasted for a really long time.

    You should use rubber grease on those seals, as normal grease can attack the rubber and make it expand and go funny. Then you'll loose your lovely tights seal you just got 🤣. Just a little tip for next time

      True.. we use silicone based grease as it's safe for all o-ring materials.

    was the old oil meant to look creamy? I have no clue

    • @CarCleaningGuru
      @CarCleaningGuru  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not to that extent. It will turn white with condensation from the chamber which is ok but it shouldn’t be super thick and creamy.

      This is correct. Petroleum breaks down rubber. Its always best to use lithium based grease on anything rubber. That being said, I am sure that in this application, little harm was done. As I've often said in the past... she'll be aight.
