    Thank you for these excellent videos. My two year old barely used 1322 TS has a slow oil leak that seems to be the main motor seal. Disappointing to say the least. Happy to have your videos though!

    Thanks for this video. I've had mine for just over 2 years, only use it for washing my cars. It probably has about 20 hours of use on it and I have this leak. Really disappointing for such an expensive machine. Debating whether or not to do this fix myself or send it off somewhere. Is there a recommended place to send to in the US? Shipping is going to be a nightmare.

    Yo I tried doing this but ran into the problem of my wobble plate not coming out (at around 0:40 in the video).
    I'm cross commenting this here in case anyone has the same issue:
    It is a bitch to do. 1. make sure the armature/shaft is fully seated into the transmission housing, then 2. take an allen key and feed it in between the transmission housing and the wobble plate. 3. Rotate the allen key so it's slotted underneath the wobble plate. You might want to do this with two allen keys on opposite sides of the wobble plate. You want to get it nice and firm since. You can rotate the wobble plate so it squeezes against the allen key at the low spot (it also wobbles on the bottom). 4. With the allen key in place and a 3/8" extension, tap/bash the armature shaft down as far as it will easily go. 5. Repeat step THREE with a larger allen key, then repeat step FOUR. 6. Keep repeating step FIVE until you've exhausted the largest allen key you can squeeze in there 7. Now you get to use two allen keys stacked up on one another UNDERNEATH the wobble plate. 8. Eventually I had to go to THREE ALLEN KEYS stacked underneath, but then I could pry the wobble plate free through one of the oil holes.
    Quick note: you will need a nice way of supporting the transmission housing/armature assembly by the transmission housing. It has to be tall enough to lift the armature off the work surface from the rear face of the transmission housing. I used two 2x4's glued together perpendicularly and they worked perfectly.

    Hi recently i changed my oil seal but again there is a white texture again after using one time,i used a little grease can this also be reason and can i use the machine without changing oil

    • @KranzlePressureWashers
      @KranzlePressureWashers  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If the Oil goes white so after it’s been changed
      You may need to strip and fully clean the oil chamber
      You are getting water or moisture in the oil chamber. Possibly water seals are worn
      Depending on the oil used depends on if you can run it without damaging the pump, some oil properties allow water while keeping its lubricant properties

    Hi Malcolm. If I send in my machine for service and it requires some seals, is the labour included in the service cost? So that I know the max price it will be is the service cost plus the seals? Cheers

    So if it leaks and doesn't get worse, what's the risk of just keeping the oil filled? Mine too has probably 20-25 hours and leaks...

    • @KranzlePressureWashers
      @KranzlePressureWashers  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      As long as good oil is in the pump and the pressure is ok there is little risk. However it’s not very environmentally friendly, and in my experience a leak over time will always get worse eventually

    The Kranzler is expensive and supposed to last, but many owners face problems. I don't understand why the company is still in business.

    • @KranzlePressureWashers
      @KranzlePressureWashers  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Usually the only reason for any failure is user error, I personally have had NO genuine warranty claims in years.
      If you want something to last you still have to do some maintenance
      I have a machine from 1987 in the shop that still works great and parts are still available, I challenge anyone to find a machine of that age that the parts are still available and is easy to fix/service

    Hi. My K7 was stored on its side for around 3 months accidentally. When I found it there was a small pool of oil on the floor and after being stood upright overnight the rest of the oil came out of the bottom of the machine indicating this seal. Do I still need to replace the seal in this video even though the machine was working perfect before it went into storage? Is it possible for oil to leak from the bottom of the machine if this seal is not faulty but as a result of being on its side or is the only possible way for oil to leak from here if the seal is gone?

    • @tompillen
      @tompillen 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      regardless it needs stripping as far anyway to clean it up doesn't it!

    • @KranzlePressureWashers
      @KranzlePressureWashers  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I personally before stripping the machine I would clean the machine completely of oil
      Fill the oil to correct level
      And then run the machine checking for any leaks
