The roa workshop community treats their joke characters like CHARACTERS and puts actual effort into them. (Well, most of them atleast)
I love it when characters that are supposed to be memes actually get a good and (somewhat) balanced moveset.

Sometimes a minor plus for effort I would give to the workshop creator is the making the character (especially if it comes from another series) fit the RoA style, plus making their character selection image match the base cast pose (standing in a side, facing the other way, ready to fight) so far among those I know of are, Astra and cupcake.

Side Note: The down air actually doesn't charge with time, but how many bullets you shoot out of other guns. For example doing a dash attack fires 2 bullets, so he down air would recharge 2 bullets.
The Jank was mistaken in his video, it does simply recharge over time.

Interesting. Revolver reload, mine and flamethrower from Chris Redfield and Hidden Missiles from Dr. Doom. Pretty neat. Their might also be other MvC references in his attacks such as his neutral air.
