    Great review! Going back and forth between this and the H7 Flow. When you consider the Elite gives you 3 RGB fans and a controller (which in Canada would cost an extra $160) but the case is only $100 more than the H7 Flow (again in Canada) its actually cheaper to get the Elite if you like those specific RGB fans. But I am worried about the air flow in the front....

      I'm in the same boat, it's pretty simple to me. If the case is on the floor get the flow.. if it's on your desk get the elite.

      It’s well worth to give your pc a wide clearance on all sides and raise it 1M off the ground, and buy the elite. If you absolutely can’t spare the space in your setup, get the flow, but the flow isn’t going to give you enough cooling options to comfortably use a 4090. The elite will happily accommodate a 13th gen Intel, a 4090, and a dedicated CPU AIO. $6000 for the above build and all color coordinated is a no brainer if you have the money and the need for a computer that powerful. You can get a pc that will play any game for $1200, and a pc this powerful will only really show its strength in VR. Either way if you take care of it, this thing will last for two complete builds(roughly 15 years) and accommodate any parts you want to shove into it without looking like a mini fridge. Sub $200 get the elite.

    Got that for my 3rd/current build. The least fun and longest time I had building a pc but it's the build I wanted for years but couldn't quite afford until now. The holes on top of the case for the aio rad were too small for the screws. managed to break through 4 holes so it's snug and doesn't move. I didn't get a 3.0 psu so I had to use three 8 pin pcie cables which had the thick nylon cover and the adapter that came with the 4090. The drive bays are severely hindering space for the nylon so I'm glad to know it can be removed.

    I'll be doing a lot of rendering and probably overlocking, i love the double glass look. Would adding 3 120mm fans (plus the liquid cooling) to the Elite be better for keeping good temps than the H7 flow?

    • @Technicallyaddicted
      @Technicallyaddicted ปีที่แล้ว

      Get the elite and a dedicated CPU AIO. You can use the space as you see fit but give the GPU a straight flow from front to back so that the front fans will create positive pressure, maximizing the GPU fan’s efficiency. Have the rear fan and AIO as exhaust, and you’ll be just fine no watercooling. Or if you’re ready for the headache, do watercooling and this thing will be colder than a beer.

    • @zanxro7969
      @zanxro7969 ปีที่แล้ว

      the problem is even though the h9 (elite since people would most likely buy that) has a glass top which practically prohibits a heat exhaust from the top. it has the same design flaw with the h7 and the h5 just has a single fan top
