Ok, so after not getting any answer from the video creator, I've put together a small guide on how to do this. For me, the 17-Instruments was unclear, but after searching on the AudiWorld forum, it is pretty straight forward. So, using this video and the guide from the forums, I have made a guide on how to disable adaptive light control. Please note, I didn't test it myself just yet. I will in the upcoming days. If everything goes well, I will reply to this comment. Also, as others stated in the comments below, you do NOT change the Workshop code anywhere, only the Software coding.
Disable Adaptive Light Control in Audi A6 4F
    Step 1 - Remove Fuses
-Make sure the Ignition is OFF
-Remove Fuse 18 from the LEFT side. (5A autm. LWR (links))
-Remove Fuse 9 from the RIGHT side. (5A autm. LWR (rechts))
Step 2 - Do the coding
-Turn the ignition ON and connect your VCDS
    -Click 17-Instruments
-After it pulls the data, click Coding - 07
-Find the +0064 Advanced Frontlighting System (AFS) installed / +0128 = Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC Installed)
-Remove the AFS by subtracting 64 from the first 4 digits I changed (2129XXX) to (2065XXXX)
-Enter the code, and click "Do It".
    -Click 09-Cent. Elect.
    -Click Coding - 07
-The coding is pretty simple. Look for the 3rd row that stands for Headlight type. This means, the 4th digit (? in the numbers) stands for the headlight type.
-For me it was "0013121" and it is now changed to "0012121" - in other words, change "(0xx3xxx)" to "(0xx2xxx)"
    -Click "Do it"
    -Click 19-CAN Gateway
    -Click Installation List
-Find the row with 55 - Headlight Range
    -Uncheck the Checkbox
    -Click Save Coding
    -Read faulty codes
    -Clear codes
-The faulty sign should be still on the dashboard at this point.
Step 3 - Resetting the dashboard
    -Switch off the ignition
-Go to the fuse box on the LEFT side, and remove Fuse 15 Instrument Cluster (10A) (Kombigerat)
-Wait a few seconds, and re-insert it
-You should hear your dashboard clipping a few times
    -Turn the ignition ON
    -Start the Engine
    The Error should be gone.
    Cheers everyone.

We had a UK A8 2008 which we used this video to help, our comments are -
In the '17 Instrument coding' we had 3137458, the first 4 digits needed changing to 2048
And as previously commented on note '09 Central electrics' change the software code not the service code.
Helpful video, can save customers a lot of money with older cars

For Audi S6 5.2 V10 owners: no this doesn't work. Well it works, but after doing this, you're gonna get an error for the LED DRL in the bumpers instead. I think because its connected. All S6's have AFS so disabeling AFS at the same time disables the S6 DRL which causes a fault. Atleast that's how my mechanic explained it to me. I bought a new headlight back then. Had to transfer all my bulbs and Xenon stuff as well since for 1400 euro's it doesn't come with everything included lol.

It is mean to criticise someone's dialect whose first language is not English. I think we can hear well enough, although I agree with others that is looks like there was a mistake and he entered something into the Workshop code. For that reason alone I have to skip as I cannot work out what should have correctly been entered. A pity because people like this guy put their time and effort in to help others. We should all respect that part.
