The optic ready compact with rails is my EDC, it is very accurate with that match grade barrel. I zeroed mine at 15yards with a hand rest (less than one inch group, 5 shots).
Yeah man I saw one in store yesterday. It’s not the time of year with my business to spend that much but I will have one lol. Right now trying to recover from this hurricane. Please be in prayer for my close neighbors only a couple hours west of me in NC
Like the review! I have a CZ TS2 Green and the trigger is about two pounds. When I first got it inadvertent doubles happened, but after about 500 rounds no longer an issue. Great looking DWX!
Thank you sir. This trigger on my gauge anyway is about 3-3.3lbs which some say theirs is 4 to 5 but either way it’s the break right at wall and short reset as well. Thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I got around 4 months ago mine and i did shoot more then 2000 rounds without cleaning just i do lubricant no single failure i am happy with my purchase its worth every single dollar
@@shuckyducky-lu8nc that is why it is "2011" and not 2011. Not to mention 2011 is a trademark, and only one manufacturer makes 2011. Just like one manufacturer makes chapstick, and everything else is limp balm.
Just fyi, the 2011 term can be used by Staccato(STI) and Infinity(SVI) due to them trademarking the 2011 term when Stayer was still part of S.T.I. Also, a 2011 does not have a poly frame it has a steel or aluminum frame with a poly grip module.
Beautiful gun Gene! Considering that this is selling for approximately twice as much as a standard, non-optic Shadow 2 ($2000 vs. $1000), how does it compare and is it worth the $?
Dang that’s tough to answer because they are both great and everyone is different. It’s better but for different reasons. $1000 better man for me yes but not the average person I’m sure if you already have the shadow 2 then I would spend 1k more. Nice review. I have a Springfield Ronin Elite 1911 in 10mm & really like that & consider that to be my most accurate pistol withits fiber optic sights. I also have the P10C & P10F pistols which are accurate and reliable. As the P10F is close to the same size as the DWX, was wondering when spending an extra $1,500 over the price of the P10F how much more accurate & faster would you be?
I’m not going to answer that question 😂 I love my P10 F bro. One of fastest, flatest shooting gun I’ve bought this year. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Did you do a trigger job? The trigger is usually 4-4.5 lbs which is not light and is considered heavy enough for duty. In fact, one of the complaints of others is that the trigger is too heavy.
I’ve done nothing to the trigger but I’m telling you bro my trigger gauge is pulling 3 averages at 3-3.3 lbs and some of it is the reset and breaking right at the wall and just shooting so many other guns.
@@GSquaredTactical I wonder if the production date impacted the trigger weight much if at all. Would love a lighter trigger since this will be a range gun and my intro to competition shooting.
Yeah, if I strictly shot this gun for three or four days in a row and just focused on shooting only this gun familiarizing myself with the trigger brake and reset it would be a very formidable competition gun
Well, I am the only one with the ability to remove comments from the comment section or TH-cam. Occasionally, I will see a comment in my studio app, but when I click on it, it will not show up and I can only assume that YT removed it for some reason. There really never seems to be any rhyme or reason for why they do that but they will occasionally remove a comment but I can say of a certainty that I did not remove it so I do not know what happened brother. Thanks for commenting and subscribe you have not already
@@GSquaredTactical, I know it wasn't you, there would've been no reason. I had nothing but positive things to say. As you say there never appears to be any reason for their censorship.
The other week I lost like 200 subs and they claim it’s because ever so often they “clean up” to get rid of bot subs etc except I had people telling me they had been subscribed for a couple years and wasn’t anymore.

@@GSquaredTactical yes it’s sad what happened. Praying brother.
Thanks for the video! Definitely want to grab one of these full size DWX such a nice blaster!
Yes sir and thank you for watching
Excellent review. Thank you
Thank you sir and thanks for watching be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Agreed! I love the full size, but not the compact.
I think at some point I’ll buy the compact just to see. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already

I want this pistol next and going back and forth with which to buy
Man I saw the railed compact and I was super tempted. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
It ruined me too. It ABSOLUTELY HAS to be in my bag if I go the range. And I have a ton of guns. It is truly amazing, in every way.
Yes sir!! Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Nice. I bought Glock 43x somone put flat face trigger in. Loved its feel but double shot it way to many times. sold it.
Yeah it’s not good IMHO to have a carry gun with a trigger that lite.
Nice video! I'm definitely getting one!
They are pretty available now but price tag is still high lol
The sfx and dwx are some of the nicest "2011" imo

@@shuckyducky-lu8nc are you talking about the DVC-Omni? If so, it was made by STI (staccato)
Shucky I am aware of the difference but double stack 1911 is basically what a 2011 is except as you mentioned some polymer
@HaveAblessedDay7777 that is correct sir
