I always cringe when Mpumi asks her guests questions about spirituality. It’s really not an easy subject but she handles it with so much grace.

This question is so necessary & I have personally found so much insight, liberation & opportunities to grow spiritually from the different spiritual expressions/journeys of different guests.
I’m so glad that Mpoomy asks this uncomfortable question & that she facilitates a space where people feel safe & courageous enough to answer honestly despite the risk.
I love this question so much , I love hearing how others define their spirituality and I love redirecting it to myself too.

J Something! One of the few artists I am so fond of without reason hahah, naturally likable. This really opened us up to his heart and art which is so beautiful watch.
Finally I am hearing someone share what I believe and think. Also somehow started unboxing and going on a Spirituality journey in November 2019. I can't stop screaming inside with how much I agree with all that J'Something is sharing about his spiritual beliefs. Thank you Mpoomy for this podcast ❤❤❤❤
Hey Mpoomy I will forever be grateful for this podcast my life is honestly crumbling at this point and worst of all I don’t even have the strength to pray it hurts so much and by just listening to this a l have little hope in my heart that things will get better

I watched this video the day it was released and I couldn't finish it for some reason. But what I'd like to say is I am so impressed with so Mpoomy had Jay here, who has a different belief than her's, but never at one point did she try to impose and try to explain her spiritual journey to Jay, but she let him be. We need more of these conversations in life where yes we share differences on certain things, but we can still be within each other's space and have a honest conversation. Too proud to have witnessed this
I started listening to this installment immediately it got uploaded yesterday and from nowhere my inner self told me to pause it and listen to it this morning! And I must say it wasn't coincidentally coz such a raw conversation needed an empty mind to tap into it's authenticity and feel like one was part of this conversation too! Simply Loved every part of this installment and how J'something was super Raw and Authentic with each answer he gave to a point one can not anticipate!(BTW I simply love the song Mamela😂❤️🙈) Mpoomy big ups Queen 🎉👏

The question on Spirituality is always an eye opener. Im happy J made that decision I have been struggling with it, God takes us through phases and calls us into seasons. And it's okay to leave organizations .
