I'd like to, unfortunately they have the screws fitted from the inside out. I'd have to drill a hole to access them or drill all the rivets from the end cap. I believe this was something SC projects was forced to do to meet Euro 5 emission regulations.

It's pretty good at that, keeping the front wheel down is the tricky part!
