I love shopping centers in my wheelchair, finally I'm faster than the people with me 😃. Today I was in a garden center. I have a hardplastic box for shopping grocerys, it fits on my knees. For unexpected shopping, I have a foldable box in my little wheelchair bag, which sits under my knees. It's usually made for camping to carry water and do dishes. It is made with truck tarpauline (strange word, I asked google tontranslate 🤣) and very stable. I love this two boxes. But yes, sometimes I end up being a trolley, too. Today I carried my mums jacket. Edit: I wish you good luck with your housing-situation 🍀!
Christmas shopping looked fun, it had a very Christmassy vibe - nice to see an advert including a wheelchair in the shopping centre. It’s a shame the day ended with breathing issues. I would think living in a damp house would definitely impact on lung health. 😢 xx
hi there im a new subscriber... I was in Bristol at the end of November (never been there before) and I took some video of the shopping centre and that tree...
I’m also disabled (I have eds and fibromyalgia) and have been to Cabot circus so many times as it’s not too far from me but how do you manage in the smaller shops with a wheelchair as I’m thinking about getting a wheelchair to help me but I’m from the south west and most of things round here are really old or hard to access!
My mom and me go shopping every few months for fun,and she is always taking the chair out of the car then later shoves it back in till the door closes.😅 Those stairs seem like absolute torture! I got Me/CFS from a bronchitis infection so my lungs have never been the same. I have always had heart problems which me and my family guessed was a minor inherited heart defect from my mom. It’s gotten worse especially this year and found out I have PoTS. I also since getting CFS developed hyper mobility which could be EDS. It’s never ending!🤡🤷🏼♀️
Hey Elinor. Don't stress about missing the odd upload. That will only make you worse. Just do what you can, when you can. With ME you need to listen to your body. And when you get a "good" day, just do a little bit more, but not enough to knock you out the following days.
Hi I love your videos and seeing how well you deal with your chronic illness. Have you considered that you might have Lyme disease, worth testing for I think, I have tested positive for Lyme disease and I never had a rash from a tick bite. I really hope you to get relief from your symptoms one day.
9:49 For mold, white vinegar does a good job at killing it. Still stinks but I find the smell is a lot less irritating than bleach.
