I love the progress of Heather's behaviour in the moment Elisabeth (if I remember the name correctly) starts singing - at first, the head tilt like she's saying "Wait, are you actually doing that?", then the intimidating stare, then she full-on faced her and raised her voice to assert dominance and when it didn't help, she made the wave motion as if showing her "Stop!" and that was all she could do, then she lost all her possibilities and stopped singing.
The whole end of this episode was fantastic, this scene with the Heathers being super petty. Meanwhile JD and Veronica declaring their love over Ram's dead body, while heaven is a place on earth plays over it, with the irony that they're literally sending people to heaven (not on earth) while earth is filled with murderers and people in fighting. Idk it was just pretty powerful, even if the rest of the show had its issues, there were some great moments.
They didn't get stuff wrong, they just made it so different that close-minded people who can't even think of different possibilities of a story progressing keep tearing it apart.
