Like why is Blade Lineage appeared back in T-corp's backstreets assumedly not long before we arrived at the backstreets of T-Corp, but in the case of the Molar Office, Tomerry, and the Reverb Ensemble they were released right away. The Full Stop Office and other guests of the library could be largely MIA still. I hope we don't see something sad like Lowell coming back but Xiao hasn't been released from a book yet or vice versa

He is still very good cause he clashes VERY well, and does Hella damage. Just use his dodge instead of S1. The dodge gives him A LOT of buffs so you'll do even more damage in the next turn.
I normally just try to avoid using his S1 so that it doesn't run dry as fast but once he uses up his Atelier bullets its better just to get rid of him tbh for the combos & support passive which gets buffed on Hong Lu
