MB Outis (god I hate that there’re two of them now) went from a stupidly slow “I will never reach higher than 4th or so bullet” character to what’s essentially a cycle character - ramp up to 7th (MUCH faster now since ego can give tons of magic bullet), use S3, rinse and repeat
Using it is so damn satisfying, these animations are so well made and the ability to fire more 30-40 rolls with the s3 allows me to hear more BOOLET sounds per fight.
You know. If you told me that this would be our burn support after 8 months i'd kinda be pissed, but luckily PM remembered that we exist and is giving us a new faust too. I won the newest canto before this ego, but let me say this: Burn is weak by 1thing and that's it's hard damage cap, some may say starting it, but by turn 1byou could have like 8/5 so by that alone you've already unlocked half of your team's conditionals. Burn truly only sucks because of negligence. meanwhile you can build 50 poise and bleed teams. I still like this ego but am i supposed to be happy Wallpurgis makes burn better for the 3rd time?
frankly would have liked an effect on 1st and 3rd bullet to assist non magic bullet ids. spiderbud is probably more generic in comparisson but can be used judt fine without highly investing in sin ressources to make this usable for others. i fear for a divide between generalists and specialists but so far it should still be fine i think.

One, the only burn IDs with pride are Outis and Rodion, so 4 pride will take a few turns (you could already spam guard and S2 for a few turns, which while worse, is still an option and doesnt require spamming rodion s1). Second... Is MB Outis' s2. It doesnt inflict ANY dark flame if you already have 4 bullet, which you almost certainly will after this skill is used. Having 4+ magic bullet is only useful for the skill 3. Yeah the passive lets her s1 influct 3 and her s2 to inflict 2 dark flame but still, its a bit lf a side grade oftentimes. Third, you may be waiting a long time for that s3 if it comes up early, before you can even use this EGO. if its one if your first three or four skills... Well, you may be waiting 10 turns for that sweet dark flame infliction Still a good EGO, but Magic Bullet Outis is still a fundimentally flawed ID.
It really doesn't though. Only Rodion S1 and Outis S2/3 generate pride. That's hardly "mad pride resources". It's decent, but you're very unlikely to get off a magic bullet before turn 4 or so. And, pride is also used for 4MF Ryoshu and Rodion, Regret Mersault (which you will want to use if you're bringing him for Capote), so it's a bit unfortunate needing to dump most of it on Magic Bullet. Plus, again, a bigger issue is her s2 becoming really bad at 4+ bullets @@elosolosyou

This ego is so great, its basically a patch notes for the jank of the original MB Outis lol. Note, what you said about the S2 and bullet stacks at 7:49 got changed a while back, she only inflicts dark flame with S2 if she has less than 4 bullets on use, otherwise it does nothing. Still useful, but it doesnt do anything when you use the ego to jump start to 4 bullets.
Also to add to this, I believe the 7th bullet changes the pierce resistance PERMANENTLY, which means, for tanky bosses that have ineff resistance to pierce, you can very easily use full stop office to nuke the shit out of them, so gimmick bosses like the electric sheep or the king in binds who has fairly high damage resistance overall can really easily get cheesed if you sacrifice outis.
The description for the 7th bullet is "before attack: *for this attack* if the resistance on the target or self are less than 2.0, change them to fatal". That seems like a pretty important clarification

Heath, hong lu is great as a standalone ID, but Heath with his overwatch mechanic just makes Hong Lu bonkers in DPS, provided you haven't gunned down abnormalities in the first 4 turns with the two
i've heard it's a bug with rusty commemorative coin, basically when outis reuses magic bullet, it'll carry on the attack weight while also dealing ludicrous damage this is a bug however and it will 100% get patched, so use it while you can lol

i've been using the ego+id magic bullet and in my md runs outis consistently deals 63% of all damage in the run. that's how good she is. also bosses don't last four turns with it on. I LOVE MAGIC BULLET OUTIS!!!!!!!!!

I love burn and I so badly want it to be good (outside md) because it feels fun, so them dropping this ego is a godsend

6th bullet has 7 attack weight by default, but the seventh is not supposed to have any. Where have you seen that?
