Great video. Looks like the coral level here is one of the few resort premium level upsells that may be worth it to me. That restaurant alone looks pretty unique.
Thank you a lot for your video, we are going there in February and we gonna get there around 11 pm , so I’m so happy that they have some food at night time, cuz we definitely will be hungry!! Thank you again, very informative and amazing
The coffee shop will be the perfect option for you when you arrive. We actually saw quite a few people getting pizzas from there late at night, and they didn't look too bad!
Looks amazing! I think we'd have to upgrade to the premium level...so many options and places to check out regardless of which package one chooses though. I'd never really considered a trip to the area before...thanks for all the videos on the area!
Yeah, in this case we do think the Premium Level upgrade is probably worth it. You are right though, the options are almost never ending. There's so many resorts, and most of them have an "exclusive" area of some sort on top of that.
This resort looks incredible! We visited Majestic Colonial Adults Only side last December and it was AMAZING in every possible way! Staff, grounds, pools (2 AO pools & 1 main pool that is 400 metres long!), food, atmosphere, beach, evening lighting, etc… Would highly recommend it!!!!
I am going to Coral Bavaro on Jan 21st through Feb 5th for 15 nights! I am sooooooo excited! We always do 15 nights at all inclusive because it truly allows you a chance to totally relax. I am a national fitness trainer and fitness model so a great gym is important and oh my god this gym looks incredible! A bad gym is a deal breaker for me at all inclusives. Thanks sooooo much for this video it is going to be such a help getting me prepared for the resort even before we get there!
You should definitely love the gym. It was easily the most impressive one we've ever seen on a resort. We hope you have a great time at the resort next month!
You're tour is amazing. From the endless filming, to the countless hours of editing. Not to mention all the voice overs, I'm blown away. Here is my criticism. Ok, I shouldn't have any. Maybe, just maybe a tad bit real feel of behind the curtain of your travel . Here is an example, how much did this cost, is the resort just to big, and did I get hassled. I love you both and Thank you
I like that very much, of bringing your own filter water bottle. That is such a great idea! Thank you for that. I have a very sensitive tummy, including chlorine/ chemicals in water. These literally hurt my tummy. Am going to buy your water bottle. Also, I really like your aqua & coral clothing, some of my favorite colors. Very pretty...
We're really glad you like the idea of the water bottle filter. We'll definitely be bringing ours every time we visit the Dominican, or even go on a hike where we could potentially run low on water.
This resort looks amazing. I think I will prefer to stay at the Coral Resort. We stayed at Lopesan after watching your review. Great video and tour. Thank You.
It was up there with the Lopesan, Francisco. All things the same I think we'd still go with the Lopesan, although the beach-front restaurant at the Coral Resort was the best meal we had at either of the resorts, and Coral's Beach Bar was really great too.
Leaves are almost gone in northern IL....I plan on trying to talk my woman into snowbirding soon....your videos are going to be my best example....you are awesome ✊🙏...thanks for sharing !!
Thanks for the video. For the a la carte restaurants do men need a jacket and pants? I came across their site and thought I saw these requirements for men on some of the a la carte restaurants. I would appreciate if you can clear it up for us.
From what we recall there was only one restaurant (the French) that had a formal dress code. I believe it required pants (but not a jacket). I believe that shorts and a t shirt would be fine at all of the others.
This is a well made video. We just stayed here in October and felt it was worth the upgrade. If we were to bring our entire family it may be too pricey
Question...as I stated above I'm going to Coral Bavaro for 15 nights in January. I am definitely more of a fan of great music and partying at the swim up bar wherever I go. But i see coral has the infinity pool that looks so nice. Which did you like the best the swim up bar with the great music or the quiet infinity pool?
Can you make a detailed review of the Majestic mirage. This is the most luxurious of all three majesic resorts offering all suites accommodation.I would like to see a detailed video of the buffet, french rstorant etc.
It was around $260 ($130 per person) per day total. We're sometimes hesitant to identify prices in our videos because they can vary so much depending on time of year. We usually travel during low season when prices are relatively cheap, so we don't want to make people think they can expect those prices all of the time. We're always happy to say what we paid when people ask though. As always, thanks for the support Tammy!
Just go to the grand, if you dont have kids, its far superior to the Selection - and we stayed there 4 times... went to the grand last June, and that was it for us, JOIA every time now !!.... we went to the Coral to check it out as we were allowed since we booked the grand - and it was nothing special, a step up on drinks and some food compared to selection but the pool isnt fun at all. I stayed there for a whole day from 11am to 6pm, and was rather bored other than some people I met.
Thanks for sharing your experience. The Coral pools are definitely what I'd say to be more on the relaxing side. So if you're looking for a party vibe, I do see why you may think they were boring. We'd love to stay at the Grand someday, but at least for the time we looked, it was quite the step up in price, even from the Coral. Hopefully someday we'll make it there though!
No bottled water is a deal breaker for me. In DR safe water is a necessity. I have been to so many resorts where we just end up with stomach issues and thats not what Im paying for when I go away. So just not for me.

Great video. Looks like the coral level here is one of the few resort premium level upsells that may be worth it to me. That restaurant alone looks pretty unique.
Yeah, we did find the upgrade to be worth it, mainly for the beach-front restaurant and buffet. The restaurant especially was spectacular.

@Explorcation great video series showing the differences for everyone!

I like your video, of the island- more than the others..
I want to visit there...
We're glad you enjoyed it!
Stunning resort!
Agreed!

Glad you liked it, Sol. We had a really good time there. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
Beautiful 🤩
It sure is! Thanks for watching.
That swim up bar looks amazing!
It was one of the better ones we've experienced for sure!
Love your review video!! We love Iberostar resorts. I noticed you are in the pool in the evening what time does that pool close ?
Thank you! The pool was said to close at "dark", but there were always people in it up until sunset.
Leaves are almost gone in northern IL....I plan on trying to talk my woman into snowbirding soon....your videos are going to be my best example....you are awesome ✊🙏...thanks for sharing !!
Best of luck! We hope our videos are enough to persuade her!

Thank you so much for this encouraging comment! We also felt that the upgrade was worth it at this resort.

Honestly we enjoyed them both a lot! Swim up bar during the day, and infinity pool during the mornings and at sunset!
@@Explorcation Thats a great strategy!
Were you able to change the AC temperature in your room? It's very important to us to have temperature control
I don't remember for sure, but I believe that we were able to adjust it. Skylar needs the room to be pretty cool to sleep, and he never had a problem.
Bonjour Quel sorte de caméra utiliser vous?
Bravo pour vos vidéos 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😎

Perhaps someday!
Could you please rank DR Punta Cana resorts that you visited from your most favorite to your least favorite ? Thanks.
How far is the beach from the selection rooms?
Hi! Were there vegan options at the resort?
nice
Thank you!
We got a serious bad case of hand foot throat disease at this resort
So sorry to hear that! We've been to 6 Punta Cana resorts and thankfully have never gotten sick at any of them.
How many nights did you stay?
Just 3 nights. We did 3 resorts in 9 days. It was a bit chaotic 😂
What was the approximate price point? It's something that should be mentioned. ❤ you both 😊
It was around $260 ($130 per person) per day total. We're sometimes hesitant to identify prices in our videos because they can vary so much depending on time of year. Traducción spanish?😭😭😭🥲
Is smoking allowed on the property? I heard iberostar is going smoke free
@@mikejake6360 there are smoking areas
@JMNihon thanks for the reply
@@mikejake6360 Happy to help. We just returned from staying at the coral so the information is recent 😎
Yes we did see people smoking in some sections of the resort.

That's understandable. It would be for us too prior to having our water filter.
Better gym than Lopesan? I dont know about that
Lopesan's is awesome for sure and we loved the feel of it, but Iberostar's is probably twice the size and has way more equipment.
Look so old resort and most of place have no ac 😮....not for us.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
