To bad life doesn't have do-overs!!! What a group these four would have become. Such talent especially Bill. Their mother didn't want to be in the group. The asshole of a father wrecked their lives. May he not rest in peace!!! What voices they had. Bill in particular, especially in their version of Hair. Bob is still amazing after all the years. May all the boys rest in peace. God will let them be who they originally wanted to be. 😊
Un muy grato Recuerdo ésta Canción, 1967 se comienza a escuchar en Chile, siempre está presente en los Programas de Recuerdos, sabemos ya, que algunos de sus componentes, partieron, pero nos dejaron sus recordadas Canciones.
Lead singer, guitarist Bill was apparently the powerhouse of talent among the kids. I read he blew people away with all the genres he could sing, e.g ,blues, country, pop, etc. The father would torment and beat him up. I think he was destroyed by that bastard - my guess is he was jealous of his creative ability. He died young in 2006, following Barry's passing during Katrina.
Did you know? Which half of the Cowsillis family lost theirs lives in this event, in this catastrophic event of Hurricane Katrina in 2005? Half of the Cowsillis family were victims of this natural disaster, and a soap opera with actors and actresses from here in Brazil traveled to AMERICA, which was broadcast here in Brazil and covered the soap opera in real time, they broadcast this catastrophic event of the Hurricane in 2005 and the event in one of the scenes of the soap opera was unforeseen, capturing the accident in the middle of a film set, and live production, in real time, real transmission, I was a child at that time in 2005, I remember seeing the filming of occurred in the middle of a soap opera, all in realistic time. In 2005 this year, and on the day of the event, when the natural disaster occurred, the natural catastrophe I saw on the soap opera in realistic time, live on television, I was only twelve years old, and I vaguely remember it quite well of this episode, of this event, the producers, the soap opera executives recorded, filmed everything live, without knowing, without guessing, without imagining, deducing that in another day of soap opera recording, that natural disaster would happen, no one knew, not even the citizens, the North American inhabitants knew, the entire society, and the American population had no idea, did not guess that Hurricane Katrina would destroy houses, affect farms, kill animals, tear down, demolish buildings, apartments, buildings, businesses, stores and everything else in that year of 2005.
What a talented family! Bill and Bob started it all and were the best singers. Sad that their father caused terrible problems for them. If Bill had stayed with the family, how much bigger and more well known they could have been.😢😊
This soap opera América in that year 2005 was launched, performed, and produced with actors and actresses who traveled to the USA to record the soap opera with the name of the local country, called América.
Yes you are so right!!! Thank God they gave us what they did but what if ??? I get so sad and angry thinking about how they could have been as great as the Beatles. 😊 😊
What incredible harmonies!
Rest In Peace Billy Cowsill.
I remember listening to this song on AM radio. I'm 64 years old now and it always brings tears to my eyes ...😊
Super Hit the Cowsills año 1967

Barry Cowsill, my favorite. Reminds me of myself at that age.
I love all of them but yes...there is something about Barry that melts my heart. He was such a handsome, talented young man. R.I.P.
Recordo-os com imensas saudades destas maravilhosas músicas destes grupo excepcional .bons tempos.

Respectfully, I think Barry was the only Cowsill whose death was associated with Hurricane Katrina.
( No Mum. No Susan)
The boys wanted the band like this, just the four of them (like the Beatles). How much greater they could have been??

Bud was jealous of Bill, probably because he himself, had no talent.

I remember footage of a what is happy live performance from 1969 but it has vanished and I don’t remember who uploaded it
Grande😊
❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Gracias
Read a story that the Cowsill children were kind of relieved when their old man passed on. They were not sad at all.
It was too late. He had already pissed away their earnings, a couple hundred million.
What about susan in this vídeo??
They brought there mom in right after this cause she had severe stage fright :) Susan was brought in for the Ed Sulivan show ...
