Just to restate the video description, this video was cropped, but not by me since this is how I found it from an older deleted video. I know that the full, not cropped footage exists (I have found clips of it with text at the bottom that says “Revolver TV”), but I have never been able to find the full footage, only this cropped version. If I do find it, I will upload it, but if anyone else has it, please feel free to do us all a favour and upload it yourself! 😃
The lead singer on this performance was Barry Cowsill who in August of 2005 tragically died during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. His remains were not found until December of that year. R.I.P. to Barry and the other Cowsills who are no longer with us...........
@@animaljustice7774 yes. Bill died in early (February I believe) 2006 after being ill for many years. Richard died of cancer in 2014. Barry was lost in 2005 in Katrina, and the family learned of Bill's death at Barry's memorial service.
I see what you mean now about the other one not existing anymore. I had a bookmark to it and i tried to go to it the other day and it said ' unavailable".. So special "thanks" to you for the upload here !
Oh yeah, so I guess that confirms that it got deleted. I’m so glad that I kept a recording of it! I made sure to record it years ago because I knew that “Please Mr. Postman” was sort of “rare” since an older video of it got deleted in the past. I have been recording Cowsills videos and saving them on my computer, so I will have copies in case any more of them get deleted.
Dang! Why didn’t their mom just take a stand and tell the dad she wasn’t going to be in the band and let the kids alone? She says she didn’t want to be there but I think she liked it…

Great, I love that song, thank you 😊
No problem! I also love this song.
Thank you for finding the full clip
You’re welcome!
Is there a story to it being found?
I love these guys doing their own arrangement and Barry singing it his way and not trying to copy the Beatle sound!

My first crush Barry Cowsill❤❤
They were, and are today, simply fantastic. So much talent in one family. RIP Barry, Bill and Richard. ❤️
Bill and Richard died??!

It's always a treat to see the Cowsills (even in their performances today), especially when Barry was featured.
The COWSILLS don’t have an actual Yt channel…. But they need one!!☝🏻
Thankfully there’s THIS CHANNEL!!❤❤❤
Really a damn good performance!!
As a 27 year old gal, this is the music i listen to on repeat. I couldnt tell ya what the top songs are today. I was born in the wrong time.
As a fellow young person, I’m the exact same way!
27 club ✌
I’m 61. It was a great time for music.
What a fantastic cover by The Cowsills
That boy would be a teen Idol today
@@Chris-mp3tq He was back in the day
The very next day the Beatles appeared on the rooftop of Apple in London and played their very last gig together as a band.
Fantastic !! thanks so much, yet again with your wonderful uploads !!
No problem! 😎
THIS is awesome!

very good !
Is that Paul Cowsill in the Orange, top row middle?
@@jake105 Yes it is!
❤❤❤❤saw many times
Wow -- the camera didn't move. Contrast this with today's spastic "don't hold that shot for more than a half-second" philosophy of videographers.
We have long attention spans.

Eat your heart out Partridge Family
The remind me of the Osmonds.
totally
They were the family band that came before the Osmonds. The Osmonds actually covered their original song “Make the Music Flow”! 😊
I was thinking more along the lines of Metallica? Or maybe not, lol. I do like it myself by the way...just being silly.
Barry had amazing vocal skills that sadly were never much realized. I'd heard this before without video and actually believed it was a sista singing.
They were sooo talented! Cute too; they had an incredibly abusive father!
Truly an EVIL man, Bud Cowsill. He destroyed their career with his abrasiveness and hate towards his family and important people in show bidness.
They did a good job but if you want to see a "Wow" performance watch the group called the "The Saturdays" perform this song. Whoa.
You kidding Saturdays good name they are A Weekend 😂
The inspiration for the Patridge Family---were done dirty by their father.
