Use a 13 or 14 volt rc lipo battery, its way lighter and easily charges up. It conserves weight and definitely space!!

You guys really need to specify that the carburetor that comes in these kits now is the bofeng carburetor and uses 8mm jets not 5mm like the original NT also the 8mm jets should be available on the site you wouldn't believe how many people I hear about who bought the wrong jets just because they didn't know they are different it makes it difficult for new builders trying to get it tuned correctly the bofeng is a decent carburetor if you can get jets for a decent price 😉

Thanks Rob for mentioning this! The update is in the works on the site and I’ll be making videos on the differences. Appreciate you!

I have a question Tony, I know these motors have a Starter that runs from the Battery. Does it also have an alternator?
I mean how do these things re charge the Batteries. Or does it only start a few times and then half to put a charger on the Battery? Just curious.

I loved mine. What I did was use a 30 cal ammo box for the battery and mounted it on the frame next to the rear wheel. I didn't think hanging it below was a very smart idea

I'd never order from bikberry. I've heard and seen so many horrible parts, made from these guys. And then yes try to reach out to them. And I've heard that the custom service is as bad as the parts they send. So yeah I went with California motorbikes, and my complete wildcat pk80 build was absolutely perfect. Everything lined up beautifully.

Thanks for your helpful and instructive videos. I would have some questions, can we do this for 4 stroke 49 cc engines? If we can, can you make a video for it?

I would definitely mount on the back on a rack or somewhere safe for then been mounted underneath the bike what's the method does look like a good engine mean it electric start Phoenix running on a 12-volt system you could add some pretty interesting stuff does that come with a rectifier

Hey a quick question can you put the electric start set up on a larger engine? Like a 100cc?

Hey I got a kit and am missing those 4 bolts that tighten the cyclinder head. I've been trying to come up with a Diy solution but I don't know which dimensions and exact thing to get, I hear you say the 4 cyclinder housing screws are 10mm. I can't find replacements online either :/

I'd like a more indepth description of what 1:01
because i see, the relay, ignition coil but what is the black box in the upper left, i can't find any stand alone product like it.
and they don't sell those control boxes alone.

When he said modify the frame I thought he might have just put a little bend in it no he cut that hole bar out bent it and re-welded it and repositioned it probably took a couple hours anyways just so you're not deceived you might need a welder and bending equipment not as easy as he makes it seem and if you had somebody do this hundreds of dollars extra

Never ever put the rod bearing in dry. I hope some novice didn't follow this video and copy it and burn their rod bearing up on the initial startup...
