If you took those rubber gloves and turned em into treated leather with a chainmail type layer itd make a decent cooking tool.

This looks like a great machine to cook on. BUT, I promise it will cook your ass standing around that open fire.
A plancha dudes gotta be Mexican in there somewhere lol
Must be a pain in the @$$ though, to constantly shift the various platforms in order to maintain constant temperatures, no?
Hi Teo, not at all....its not a DJ booth. over an entire 30 minute cook you may move things around 4 or 5 times...super simple
