So gorgeous and rich. I never get tired of listening to Josh Groban.
I was working in a theater when this came out, it play during the end credits. I would hop from house to get the full theater sound.
l love josh groban's voice and has since l 1st heard him when he was 17 his voice be so fluid and smooth as well as kinda soothin josh's version of this was played at the end credits of the movie
Great review. I actually love the more recently recorded version he did from the 30th anniversary Beauty and the Beast special even more since he’s in character - it’s not just beautiful, but the emotion and frustration come out even more because he’s playing the beast and it’s live rather than recorded.
I've loved Josh Groban's singing for about 20 years now! so relaxing and beautiful!
Omg love Josh Groban so much, one of my favorite artists ❤ so excited for this!!
Oh, I love his voice. My aunt and I were trying to describe his voice to my younger cousins one day who had never heard him, and we couldn't think of anything until my aunt got frustrated and hilariously said, "It's like peanut butter brownies!" Without missing a beat the oldest of the two cousins looks at her mom and goes, "Smooth and delicious?" So we have used that to describe his voice for over a decade now, lol.
Josh's voice gives me goose bumps!
I agree. Josh Groban has a very recognizable voice. Dan Stevens did an amazing job in the movie, I adore his version for being a new song being sung by an amazing singer. I adore Josh's version for it being a new song in a nostalgic voice, making it instantly familiar.
Josh is Amazing, Especially "Live" in Concert !!❤❤❤❤
To see him On the Broadway Stage is a Super & Amazing Feast for the Eyes, Ears & all Your Senses!!❤❤❤❤
My Suggestions for Other Songs, is his Solo from "The Great Comet Of 1812" Entitled 'Dust & Ashes' as Well as 'My Friends' from his Current Run On Broadway as Sweeney in The Revival Of "Sweeney Todd" , With Original 26 Piece Orchestra!! ❤❤❤❤
I remember watching him sing on Ally Mcbeal over 20 years ago and really liking his voice, he's got some great songs out there.
I have Josh Groban's "Stages" CD. This song and "Gold Can Turn to Sand" are my favorites. I recommend that song if you haven't heard his version.
He's also a good little actor! Love him!
Thank you for doing this (this was my request)!
Used this song today as my audition song for our spring show
I loved your reaction! And I would love to see him react to Gabriel Henrique, he is Brazilian and recently participated in AGT. He has incredible videos on his channel, the last one was a cover of Michael Jackson, Earth song, I suggest you watch it!
Great talent👏
Josh Groban is a stunning singer and I really live this song. However, I would also recommend this song as it was sung in the movie by the actor - he did a stunning job (I actually slightly prefer it over the Groban version). You Are Loved is a great Groban song to react to if you've not done so already. Gives me goosebumps everytime.
Josh Groban is a fabulous singer and can do pop to opera. You should listen to his version of 'O Holy Night' as it is the best version I have ever heard.
I enjoyed this so much! Has Josh done any other work for films? Guess I need to look that up. Anyway, his emotional representation was gorgeous and you, as always, pointed to his vocal qualities and and all those things that brought this romantic song to life. Thank you, Ken!❤
I know he sang a song for “Troy” almost 20 years ago.
Josh has done some songs for films. The first was "For Always" with Lara Fabien form Steven Spielberg's film A.I 2001.

As mentioned "Remember" from Troy 2004 th-cam.com/video/3yy6SIzq8Mc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lR_ogMwEkOcwiM_
"Believe" from The Polar Express 2004 th-cam.com/video/3Avycrez66o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lQGguapz3cSIuioI
"The Mystery of Your Gift" (I love this song!) from Boychoir with Dustin Hofmann 2014 th-cam.com/video/52e1_AZDYQE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=JMV7LDF4TFjFSbAu
He sung a song on Crazy-Ex-Girlfriend "The End of The Movie in 2017 th-cam.com/video/3Zg7c_n40C4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=gwTwEidevfAVZhSP
And he did musical songs on his CD Stages 2015, CHESS in Concert 2008 and for the Broadway Shows "Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet..." 2016 and Sweeney Todd 2023
He also did a song for the movie Polar express.
He also did Mi Mancherai for Il Postino, Se for Cinema Paradiso and Mystery of Your Gift for the movie Boychoir in addition to the ones the others posted.
Hi Ken, I have been a subscriber for many years now. I love your reactions & ask you please do a reaction video to Voice Plays newest cover of Hell Fire. Geoff is the lead vocalist. He is finally giving us his inner rock God. Also Geoff's new solo cover of Jack's Lament. It was actually filmed in Geoff & Kathy's home.
You should listen to Josh sing anthem from the musical chess
Seriously? Too much chocolate?!?!?
No such thing.
Except for that horrific moment, I enjoyed your insights ;-)
Oooh, brisket! 10:32 Subbed.✅😂
i will always hold a small grudge against this song/Disney themselves, for refusing to utilize the songs written for the Broadway shows in the remakes (where applicable)...If I Can't Love Her is a masterpiece and the superior Beast solo song (and i will die on this hill)
I agree but I also love Evermore and think the 2017 remake was amazingly done. And at least we got 'Home' in the scene where Belle enters her room. Well, at least we got the melody. :D
