    Khalid, Great job you’re doing mate. 👍🏻
    One thing which is missing is, you didn’t mention the anatomy where the spinous process angle down, which is important while palpating the transverse processes and facets.

    Great video thank you. How do you locate facet joints in the cervical spine and how to test if they are symptomatic?

    Does diagnosed Cervical Stenosis necessarily preclude cervical adjustment?

    • @ClinicalPhysio
      @ClinicalPhysio  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      When you say cervical adjustment do you mean from a chiropractor or surgery?

    • @mwngw
      @mwngw 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ClinicalPhysio ...a chiro....should an adjustment not be done?

    • @ClinicalPhysio
      @ClinicalPhysio  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mwngw there is no right or wrong answer here…
      It is incorrect to say “you have stenosis you must have chiro adjustment”…
      It is also incorrect to say “you have stenosis and so you must not have chiro adjustment”…

    Are you a gonstead? Of course not, you are not talking about stat. and motion palpation.. No rudeness or disrespect, just observing some facts. ♥️

    5.3 why we can feel c5 but not c6 in cervical extension? I think c5 should go deep before c6 in extension! please correct me . Thanks yours videos are clinically significant

    Palpation technique demonstrated here is not great. Palpation shouldn't be performed with a single finger poke such as demonstrated during sitting.
