So much talent and 1 guy can let the team down. That’s what I love about individual sports like bodybuilding, you can set your own destiny! Sometimes politics can play a part but you still can can say in the end I gave it my all. When and I say when you are Mr. Olympia I feel you will be the best face of bodybuilding we have seen in years. When I say that I mean overall characteristics of what we all want representing the sport. Personality,charisma, work ethic and an overall good guy!! Your fans are behind you 100 percent!
Can’t even compare last year to this year! If you have followed him you know he’s put on some major size and made some improvements in his areas he needed improvements. He also was hands down better than Labrada last year and he got screwed over. Won’t happen this year! My comment said in my opinion he’s the only one that can dethrone Ramy! Would you do behind neck press? I think Kevin Lavrone used to do them. I do them and it really hits the whole of my delts and the upper traps as a bonus. They're not for everyone. Takes quite a bit of shoulder flexibility.
