Even as a 40 year old guy who's been working out for 15-20 years, I can still learn by watching the pros. I always felt bad because when doing benchpresses, I physically can't lower the bar all the way down to my chest because it's out of my range of motion. Seeing that Nick doesn't contact his chest either gives me a sense of relief. Sometimes you just can't do an exercise EXACTLY like how the magazines tell you and you just have to listen to your body/adjust your form to what works for you which is a lesson I think a lot of people need to learn, thanks for putting my mind at ease brother!
I had the same problem working out, could never go lower than 3 inches from the chest because I'm just not built for that, but what I found out is that for a good pec contraction dumbbell presses were king for me, try them out several different ways and I think you'll have what you're looking for and pump that chest up!

It's a much more comfortable range of motion because I just lower enough for my elbows to touch the ground instead of letting them go too far under a negative angle which put a lot of stress on my shoulders. It's basically pure chest isolation for me which is awesome!
Maybe if Ramy decides not to compete at the last minute. Not hating on Nick but he’s got some improvements to make if he’s going to take a W against Ramy. That said I see him moving into top 3 hopefully

Nick’s goal is the O so I doubt we’ll ever see him compete on strongman, maybe after he’s finished with bodybuilding. The thing is, it would just be too risky for him to risk injuries if he wants to remain competitive as a bodybuilder. So I doubt it.
Don't work out too hard Nick. You don't want to strain yourself. Besides, you need to give the other guys a chance otherwise you being you gives you an unfair competitive advantage. 💪
Definitely because he’s in the cutting phase. I will say that dom and him did put on some crazy size in the off-season. Don’t know how he would of been with dom in the final 12 weeks but Matt knows his body way more so if he’s trying to win now that definitely works out in his favor to have Matt.
