Yamaha Floor Tom to Snare conversion

Here's a video on my process of turning this beautiful Yamaha Live Oak Custom 14x12 floor tom into a Snare drum. Parts used are: 2.3mm triple flanged hoop, Inde Throw Off, Pure Sound 24 strand snares, Evans HD Dry Batter and 300 Reso heads.
