I made two types of fruit tea: #ColdBrewLemonBlackTea and #HotBrewPineappleBlackTea. Cold-brewed black tea is focused on savoring the sweet taste of the tea, and is paired with a more subtle flavor of sweet and sour agave nectar lemon, which does not overpower the tea's aroma.
Hot-brewed black tea has a richer taste, and the Keemun black tea has a strong tea flavor and a deep color. It is paired with a flavorful pineapple green apple jam, and both the tea and the fruit play to their strengths, creating a harmonious taste. The texture is rich.
In addition to honey, agave syrup can also be used to make agave nectar lemon. 🍯 It is 25% sweeter than refined white sugar, and a small amount is sufficient for a sweet taste in drinks. 🍯 #LowGlycemicIndex, suitable for those who care about their blood sugar levels. 🍯 Vegan-friendly. 🍯 Easily soluble in water.
