- Simon's relationships with angry swans are something of a legend on this channel, with many of them seemingly determined to give him as many bruises as possible!
In our most recent rescue, Simon and Lawrie were called to an industrial estate just down the road from the centre, where a young mute swan had got lost and crash-landed. All the team now had to do was to catch him up and take him back to the water!

2) Swan struggling while held in the air: "I will swim to freedom!"
3) Swan in car: "Today did not go well..."
4) Swan on river: "Thanks for not eating me..."
I love these and usually am super-grateful if others spell them out in the comments since they're so hard to catch, but this time, it was my turn. Yay swan!

You could offer various custom swan bag designs in your web shop. People could buy them as a donation and you could then feature them in the next swan episodes.

The little subliminal messages are cute: "Help! Swan napping!" when he's being put in the bag and, "Thanks for not eating me" as the swan's swimming away. I wonder whose clever idea that was. :-)

Notification pops up, I've nearly yelled "SWAN!" Good thing I'm on vacation and alone in my apartment. The swan rescues with the included power struggles and Simon's funny blowing farting noise (0:37) makes my day everytime!

It'll be fun seeing his videos when he's really old. But brilliant is enough for now. I love how juvenile swans put on a show of being all hissy and aggressive like adults when you approach them, but quickly drop the act and start squeaking like cygnets when you pick them up.
They're all bark and no bite really! :D
I expected the water to be a bit deeper, so when he waddled across the rocks ungracefully and carefully, he looked like a heron!
He wasn't kidding when he said duck friends.... gorgeous!

Hi, I have been “socialising” with a black swan family since middle May this year after six cygnets had hatched and love them so so much! They know me so well - of course feeding them with peas and corn and special seeds as instructed by our local Vet, how can they not remember me. I notice that recently some of the young ones are straying from the parents and even fly some distance over the lake and the parents are definitely still very protective of them. Could it be that the young lost swan was abandoned by his parents too early? I watch all your lovely videos, regards from New Zealand 🇳🇿🇳🇿

Simon is not at all mad he is very kind and his touch is comfortable to these animals and birds in question I observed how after initial struggle they settle comfortably... Thank u Simon and team to save these animals

Naughty swans go into the swan handbag to be carried on the elbow of the human returning them to the water. It's hilarious how he switches between hissing and squealing bloody murder like, "No, not the swan handbag! Save me!!"

Love how swans and cats voice their anger with hisses and then, after being caught, give the cutest little noises.
I Do find it odd, why humans try to shush animals with something that sounds like a hiss.

I am truly impressed at the amount of wild things in England. Fox, swans, etc. Stupid gun giggers have shot all of our wonderful birds such as pheasants and geese.
