WOW - Tofu sloppy joes are Incredible... like REALLY good! I have always been obsessed with Sloppy Joes.. it's one of my favorite sandwiches ever! Growing up my mom made it really simple, but it was the best! When I saw the video of ‪@BrianLagerstrom‬ making an elevated sloppy Joe I knew I had to try the recipe! But I was already working on another ground tofu recipe which will now come out later, so I switched gears and used it for the elevated vegan sloppy Joe recipe I made here and I am soooo glad I did!
and yes I had these for lunch and dinner for the next 3 days hahahah they were that good!
