@@alexwangechi7175 Rock is a leading man in major blockbusters, Bautista plays smaller character roles where its harder to expose his weaknesses. It also means he can be made an old balding ugly guy like in this role, while Rock has to play bigger than life characters that always look cool. They both do their roles well, they are just different. Rock is there to make money for the studios and he is the best at it.

So the first time I saw those first 5 minutes of the movie, I was like ok Gosling, I love you but that big strange looking guy there really stole the scene. I mean I thought and really thought he was just a ( great) actor and even if he died in the beginning of the movie, he stayed with me after the movie ended and I went looking for the actor name and I was like " :o , really? ". now I watched almost every movie of his and damn , he delivers. I agree generally, though I think it “works” in this case as it may be that the girl andy the woman assume he’s human. him doing all this makes it obvious to observers that he’s a replicant. the look of fear may mean to convey a sense of “who are you” since their image of who/what he is just changed dramatically. I know I could have it wrong as I’m still learning this world, but altogether yeah I’d have preferred them looking happy that they were saved here.

Hi, as a replican Morton is stronger, faster and more durable than normal human beings, but K is a replicant built to hunt replicants, stronger, faster and tougher the Morton even if physically smaller.
K is not even concern on the incoming figth, he leaves the gun on the table what makes you think that he faced the situation before and don't think he may need it.

@@deadprank243 Morton wasn’t winning the fight at all. After he used all his strength to slam k through a concrete wall and tried to choke the life out of him, all k had to do was clobber him with 2 slow hammer fists to make Morton go limp and then punch him several more times to crush Morton internally and leave him gasping for air. He then went to retrieve his gun to finish him off because it’s a quicker cleaner death and k didn’t want him to suffer.

The books novel reaches a climax when the whisky priest is lured into a trap by a man pretending to need last rites for a dying man. Despite knowing it's likely a setup, the priest goes, fulfilling his duty to the end. He is captured and executed, dying a martyr despite his imperfections.
    Pretty close isnt it?

After seeing this - And then you see gosling fight this Sapper Morton ? - He has No age No Experience as Blade runner - Like Harrison Ford had as Deckard - Gosling has No stature no bulk no muscle yet the way he fights Sapper Morton who's built - He's born for hand to hand combat ? - Even If you say well Morton gave up after Rachel Died - That still doesn't cut it !
Gosling has one character in his repertoire & that's Ryan Gosling - That he brings out for every movie ! - Ever watched the "Nice Guys" 2015 - With Russell Crowe - Similar retro styling to talerntinos "Once upon a time in Hollywood" 2019
Well in Nice Guys - Gosling annoyingly finds it funny to scream like a spoiled child in it - When he's done it a few times - You get like you want to press to off button - It's only Russell Crowes experience that carries him in this movie ?
It's a shame when these Movies are getting made -That the main Actor used - Has to be the flavour of the month - When there's other stars out there that could do a better job ?
Loved the first Blade Runner (my favorite movie) - Sequels & Prequels are always hard especially when it's a epic like Blade runner - You're recreating - ! - Haha I also liked the way Ridley Scott dodged directing the second Blade Runner movie ?

Sapper is a combat model but he's old and outdated. It's made clear officer K is newer, more advanced model, a blade runner designed to retire other androids.

No one cared about the violence until it was something... inhuman by all organic standards doing it. Only then could they recognize themselves, he violence, even if it was a defensive act. It didn’t matter to them. Only humans have to right to sin, I suppose. Anything else is an abomination.

I believe it would be better that third Blade Runner would be about last humans on Earth dying and replicants having to find a new direction. No need for violent uprising if they already are quietly taking over humanity. It could have tension about replicants trying to create actually fertile followers or struggling with death.
