    My grandfather, Lalo Robles, was kind of a fixture on Olvera Street in the 50s/60s/70s. I remember going to a Las Posadas celebration and he was Santa. 😊I loved going to Olvera St. with him when he had his shop there too.

    i was baptized across the street... my 90 yr old grandma loved taking me there , some of the best memories going on the bus to Olvera

    Olvera St original name was Wine Street. The French and Italian vintners sold their wines here.

    Wow! Beautiful history, reminds me of the Markets in San Antonio, Texas that I live a couple of hours from. Found this on Ticktok and wanted to know more. I am glad I watched.
