After the sudden death of his wife, a grieving father of a severely non-verbal autistic girl seeks experimental therapy where he unknowingly rents an Air B&B with a haunted history. This stirs his daughter's psychic abilities along with his personal demons. The result is a story full of suspense, tension, empathy and a powerful metaphor about the Noise in all of us.

My elder bro was epileptic and had celebral palsy. The world is so cruel, majority in the society doesn't know how draining it is to have a special child. They will show their negativity gossiping plainly without a care in the world. This movie reminds me of u Martin. (died 2018 at the age of 34) continue resting in power darling.
Prayers to you and your family and i hope you have wonderful memories. There's a lot of ignorance in the world just keep praying for them that's all we can do. Love to you and your family.

Good ending. The young actress did a good job with her autistic mannerisms. We have several children with autism in our family.

Great Movie and a brilliant performance by the young lady. She was actually very believable!!
I feel for the dad! Hard under ordinary conditions. Imagine your kid being haunted too! Ouch
The shop owner added the perfect amount of comedy to break up the heaviness. Brilliant movie! Awesome acting!
WOW I really enjoyed this film. I was beginning to think I had to accept that watching horror films means bad acting (90% seem to be!!) but this film has given me hope.

A widow moves to Canada to get better treatment for his autistic daughter. The task of raising an autistic child and problems with work are difficult to cope with and he loses it under the stress. Their new home is haunted and he soon begins to believe that the spirit of his dead wife is communication with him through their child. He is unaware that it is actually an evil spirit that is haunting them.

This is the most heart wrenching story I've seen so far, however I still don't want to believe that there are people in the world still to self centered to see outside of themselves and their own pessimistic views

Amazing movie!! Great one for the day after Halloween. The struggle with autism is like this times 7. I have had an upstairs neighbor for a year and at first was really tempted to call DCFS, because of thumps and screams. I knew they had a non-verbal 2 yr. Old.
One day was sitting on front porch and heard the entirety. The tireless calm of the mom, the patience of a saint in grandma. I have Mad respect for parents to autistic kids.

@@DicyaninGlass I thought they were abusing the kid. I had not dealt with that sort of thing before. The point is, I didn't call the state on them because I actually heard the whole struggle. From inside all I could hear was screaming and what sounded like fighting. I truly didn't know.

That completely makes sense..I guess in that position I would have done the same thing...however instead of calling..don't you think it would have helped just speaking to the parents first or figured out the situation? I'm just saying..when my daughter was young at the babysitters she threw a huge tantrum because she didn't want to get dropped off ...the cops came and called me ..so I went to get her and the police told me I should beat her til she stopped acting up. So maybe u should kindly take your judgements and karenism to church?

This movie should be titled..Tales of an abusive father! I have an autistic child! No child should suffer the pains of their parents addictions & abuse! Didnt scare me at all! Just felt sorry for the indigo child!

Very GREAT MOVIE 🍿! A Must Watch !
It's hard for me to watch a child with any kinda mental health issue. Even if it's just acting. My heart went out to that lil girl. She was experiencing something and her dad's only way to deal with her issues was to yell,drink and pop pills. The really sad part is that this is a everyday real life experience.

I read the title and kept seeing nose in the middle...i swear our minds want to see what is not there ughhh lol
Obviously the mother did all of the taking care of this child. This poor man is grieving his wife's death, but I really don't think he loves this child sufficiently to deal with her because he makes mistakes you don't even do with a normal child. Parents sometimes feel guilty about putting their children in special schools/institutions but, really, often times the child is happier away from parents who make them feel like a millstone around the neck and who are always yelling at them.

I feel so sad and sorry for this stressed father caring alone for his autistic daughter...why didn't he hire a carer to help???? He was clearly too stressed.

It's amazing what we can do for those we love!
As a mother or two autistic boy's we learn how to best care for their needs I don't think about how hard it is becuse no matter what they are my boys and nothing is to hard for me to care for them and when I do feel a bit down I always say to myself that their is a famerliy out their that is going through the same and I do know if it gets to much their is always help we just have to ask for it no parent is perfect we learn as we go along weather that be you have a child with full abilities all a child that needs that extra care but they all deserve love
