New subbie here, I enjoyed the content with nice camera work. A couple of points: A well-shucked oyster means the meat is cut on both sides and the oyster is flipped in it's shell. No tearing at it with the fork, it should slide right out of the shell into your mouth. I am always surprised when purveyors of seafood don't do this best experience. Big head/ Malaysian prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) is served with the head on. The head is filled with the prawn's tomalley, a liver-like organ that melts under heat and can be scooped out, and mixed with nam prik pla, or garlic and hot sauce. Apply said mixture over rice for the "whole fresh prawn" experience. Safe travels, good times.
