You're really on top of things, Danielle. One thing that Carole Maggio surprisingly never clued into in her decades of teaching was that some facial exercises crease other parts of the face. And all you need to do is counteract that with very simple techniques, as you so well do. I love the inclusion of energy work and mindfulness as well. I have one of your courses and I sometimes do the sessions at night because they end in such a relaxing way.

Ive been following you for quite some time now. I've been more consistent for the last few months. I am really seeing the results now especially in my chin and neck. Danielle, how many minutes per day of face yoga would you recommend? Also, if I were to do this everyday for the length of time you suggest, when is the average time that one might see results?
I recommend between 10 and 30 mins a day if you can. Results vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, age, skin type etc but if you are dedicated and live a healthy lifestyle you should start to see the first results within a week or two ❤️

Hello, yes you can adapt it, if you use a mirror just to check when you are doing and you can also check that you are not creating lines when you do it and if you do see lines being created then you can use your two index fingers to smooth the marionette lines 💗

I recently got jowls, and lines everywhere, because the medication dries everything out. Even though I’m on a very healthy plant-based diet and exercise a lot, people often think I’m older than I am (58). Any suggestions for improving this type of dehydration, and perhaps loss of collagen, due to a med? I did try ordering your fusion product, but wasn’t able to complete the purchase on the website. Thank you so much for the message. I would definitely recommend doing daily Face Yoga, drinking lots of water and it sounds like you are on a healthy diet as well. It would be good to include some daily facial massage with my Fusion by Danielle Collins serum, it may be worth going on the website again and seeing if you can do that because this is really good for helping to deeply moisturise the skin with plant based high performing botanical seed oils. I hope this helps! 💗
Hey Danielle, i have a lot of a space between my teeth like gaps and it hurts when i do the exercises with the lips pressing on the front teeth. Do you have suggestion what I could do to prevent the pain? Thank you Danielle
Hi, I would definitely recommend that you don’t exercise through any pain, try doing the exercise at only 30% effort and you may want to put it up to 50% effort but certainly don’t do it a 100% even at 30-50% effort you will still be getting some results 💗
What works for marionette and or corner lines (I hope I have the correct verbiage for describing) I'm developing lines on both sides of my lower lip-what can help besides a mini face lift? When I lift my cheek just a little it disappears, so I'm assuming I have to do something with my cheeks?

When doing the "O" exercise does your double chin accentuate worse until it starts working? I can't tell on you because you don't have a double chin. I want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Thank you
Hi, when doing the ‘o’ exercise it won’t make a double chin worse, the only things that will make a double chin worse are if you put on fat on the body overall, if you have any reason that fluid might aaulcminate to round that area or through continuous posture, but certainly through ‘o’ exercise it won’t create a double chin, in fact it will help to illuminate 💗
Hi, you may have just done the exercises to strongly or you may have moved some of the lymph around a little bit, so next time you do it, I would recommend doing it much gentler and at 50% effort and then take it from there 💗
can you or someone please explain how strengthening the muscles that create the static lines , ie marionettes around mouth, helps instead of makes them worse? strengthening the cheek muscles that create them, even if you're holding the skin during the exercise, would make those muscles create the lines moreso since they are now stronger, no? please help me understand this! thank you
Hi! There are some muscles which need to be lifted because as we age we lose muscle tone so as we exercise them we can encourage them to become lifted. Other muscles need to be relaxed to discourage over use but they often still need to be massaged to improve circulation and qi xx

I did this and it felt great but the next day my jaw and underneath in my lymph nodes are sore and swollen, more so on the left side. Is this normal?
