Arthur Defensor; and Iloilo City Cong. Jamjam Baronda, main sponsor of this hospital project - it is the 15-storeys Medical bldg of the West Visayas State University, costing billions of pesos it is to be known as the UMC or University Medical Center, located at the WVSU Hospital in Jaro, Iloilo City.
