Cant understand why this channel doesnt have 10 million subscribers. Jerry is literally one of the best in the world. Any advice from this man is gold.
Yep!!! Except he's not Jerry anymore haha He's a sells man who won't do the kind of stuff he used to do. He's to worried about TH-cam, his sponsors, and so on. That's why he'll never make it much higher than he is now Lol He's in his own way. Then again over a million is pretty good
@@joshmajor8662 Jerry can't make it much higher because he's already at the top and we need more videos from him. also didn't see what he was selling here not sure about him being a sales man, about the only thing he can do is get the word out that guns are safe and get more people to get into the sport so it is harder for the goverment to pass gun laws. I would like to see more advocasy videos from him.
I lost my beloved Dad two years ago and he knew more about ballistics and handguns than I’ve had hot dinners! I miss him dear but watching Jerry Miculek reminds me some much of my Dad, he looks and speaks exactly the same that they could be identical twins in a sense. Jerry brings me great joy and he’s the best in the business and I love watching his videos
Great tips. He has given some insight of his "obsession" with double action revolver shooting, like dry firing with only the frame of a revolver while driving to and from work. He wasn't born a 🐐, he worked his tail off to become it. Live long and continue to prosper, sir, and please keep sharing.
Tip #2 is fantastic. Always over looked. I started paying attention to my finger trigger placement years ago and it is probably the single most technique adjustment that has ever helped me.
ive been shooting for 20 years. my uncle the the us army olympic pistol shooting coach when i was a kid and i still learn something from every video jerry puts out
Keep the kidney. He can't teach you to have large strong hands or, what was always underestimated, his natural ability to move. He is the avatar of no wasted motion and I suppose he could teach that.
in and out quick that is Jerry he is still the best a dying breed of cool firearms personalities every body that knows shooting knows Jerry cool guy a great shooter
3:10 Double action includes first pressure second pressure. You'll hit the target easily if you know how to feel the first and second pressure, instead of just squeezing the trigger blindly.
In 1974 when I joined the PD and was give a Model 15 to carry we would wrap our support hand thumb over the back of the web of our strong hand. That worked wonderfully until... we transitioned over to autoloaders and everyone got “snake bit” on the support thumb from slide recoil. Live and learn! But I still shoot my J frames 642 and 640 with my thumb over the back of my hand.
Grate video jerry been watching you for 20 years or more pretty shure you were on FLN outdoors back then I would have been 12 maby. along time ago before social media existed
I like the revolver to lock the cylinder with the last click and then the trigger move a tiny bit more before the hammer falls, this helps to stage the break. Most will drop the hammer soon as the cylinder locks up.
I literally juat learned more in this video than i have in 20 out of my 32 years (strictly speaking for pistols) alive in this video, found you from #HonestOutlaw im herenfor more buddy! Excited to see what the rwt of you channel has to offee
Agree 1000% with "centermass"!! Mr. Jerry is a MASTER, in a class by himself!! He has spent Decades developing the level of wisdom and skill he possesses, when he talks; I listen!! Blsgs, gg
You should have mentioned pulling the trigger straight to the rear. I always stage the trigger on my S&W model 640 .357 Magnum 2" barrel concealed hammer revolver when I shoot clay pigeons at 80 years.
Imagine having this guy as a mentor tho😳one week later who knows how much more even us good shooters could improve, this guy sure lives the American dream if you ask me
Hey Jerry I'm a S/W M/P Pro series 9 mm, and have other guns to, I have a Taurus Raging Hunter 5/1 inch 7 shot 357 magnum it's a great revolver in my thinking, shot over 300 rounds of 357 magnum rounds through it no problems , just like to see you review one and see what you think. Great Video 👍
Understand you don't use Single action. But I have a Colt SSA replica, and I have been searching for proper grip, stance, ect. and have just been getting a flurry of contradictory information. Would you do a video on Single action? And if you run short on time - maybe follow up with rapid fire on a bolt action rifle?
2 minutes from Jerry = 30 minutes or more from any other "expert". Love this guy!
He probably has more time shooting than I have breathing...
Honestly!
Works both ways....2 mins from a nobody = crap.
30 mins from a somebody = biblical. Lol
@@gabrielguarnieri3528 His shooting range is future rich lead and copper mine.
Because the mansplain the hell out of it with their ego.

Shot revolvers for a long time. This man is giving us solid 24 caret GOLD. He’s just told us what might take a lifetime for mere mortals to realize.

Hi Mr. Miculek, I'm afraid there is only one thing wrong with your videos, there are not enough of them. Please sir we want some more!

I have a big nose, but damn hard to get nose to my size fifteens!
Just started revolver shooting. Thanks for the tips.
There is so much more to this Man than just his ability to shoot. Another great video.
Dang, 14 seconds in and he just taught me a LOT about firing a revolver.
Thanks Jerry!
4 years worth of College in 3 minutes 👍
Wow. What a great college you went to!
Ok, 5+ tips in just over 3 minutes. I would give a kidney to see what he could teach me in an hour.🇺🇸👍🇺🇸
