      I have been doing these exercises for the last two months. As I had already learnt these exercises 20 years back but couldn't carry for more than a year. Now the seed sown earlier seems to have spourted again and by the grace of Tavaria ji I m going very well.your 3 srb video is helping me a lot even at the age of 76 years. Many many thanks sir.

    Can Any1 tell me relationship b/w PJ saher ji aur Shri Tavariya ji ?
    And also blocking of nose is also mentioned in Zen Yoga Book.
    But in that book he has said we should block our left 👃 Nose in page 154 and he said we can block our left nostril for first 15 -20 weeks between 1 to 2 pm in afternoon.
    Plz Clarify This ?
    Kindly Clarify.

      I have been doing so many years and it has aligned my mind body and soul. It has to be done without any break .
      This is holy work and has to be done in holistic way .

      I do it regularly but I still need instructions on the breathing exercises which are not there and the 3SRB app has stopped working for some reason so if you can guide through the breathing exercises with commentary that would be a great help.
