When the IS-3 originally came out I was focused on the German Tech Tree and missed out on it for a couple of years. Eventually, Sturmling persuaded me to give it a try and I have not been disappointed since. Even though the game has changed quite a bit, this tank still holds its own.

7:48 it was in fact all real oat milk is a thing it’s apparently a really good substitute for dairy milk, good taste and steams well for espresso and milk drinks. I’m not entirely sure I’ve heard of it in a frappuccino but it probably exists and also Stick said frappuccino not cappuccino that’s a different drink entirely
Honestly, I never even gave this tank a chance. I went for te 7.3-7.7 lineup ASAP, do to I calculated 90% to end up on that BR range anyway, where the M48/M60 dumping starts. And rate of fire was more important when HEATFS starts on 6.7 anyway. I even sold the T-10A for 32 GJN.

I’m confused why you don’t take advantage of your armor in the is3 you could probably bounce a shot from a jagdtiger or jagdpanther
Depends on how good the Jadgtiger is.while the pike nose can take a beating (as long as you are directly face on so it angled like it's supposed to be), there is a driver's port right above the pike nose that you can put 128s and I believe 88s through, and the 128 can go through the turret roof if you aim at the area right above the gun and mantlet. The thing about tank armor is that War Thunder combat usually takes place at knife fighting ranges for tanks and even average players are going to be more accurate than real life tankers given how much easier it is to aim with a mouse, so armor that it supposed to keep you fairly safe at medium distances starts getting slapped in the various kinks unless the enemy players are kind enough to just shoot you exactly where it is thickest.

The IS-3 is my absolute favorite soviet heavy tank, both in terms of looks and gameplay. In fact I even prefer playing it over the IS-6.

It hurts seeing them angle in the IS-3. The whole point of it's angled front plates is to make it able to directly face anything and bounce. In testing, the IS-3 could bounce Tiger II rounds, and even Jagdtiger rounds (although those were a touch inconsistent) when directly facing them.
When you angle the IS-3, you're presenting a more flat surface to the enemy, making it easier for their shells to penetrate.
This kinda hurts to watch. Who knows, maybe War Thunder doesn't simulate the angled plates properly (wouldn't be the first time) or maybe they just don't know how the IS-3's armour works; either way, I cringed.
I knocked out an is3 with a 75mm heat shell from the maus with overpressure on the small plate on top yhe gun

@@glamrockchica909 no but i am the M103 and i love seeing the 122’s suffer when i am hull down and at range it’s very difficult to hit also if i am at a spot where i have my gun depressed the roof is no longer penetrable.

I sincerely hope the JgPz E-100 gets added to the game at some point. It’s one of those “OH NO” tanks that are wildly impractical to play, but are guaranteed to make _someone_ shit themselves when they see it roll around the corner.
