God bless them I am here because my home have foundation issues and I’m just praying for me and my family. God bless you and trying to save this homes.
Yeah those beams were a complete waste and put into place long before the homeowner reached out to our team unfortunately. The vertical beams are showing that the home as been stabilized though! We'll have an update video later this week showing measurements of the house against the surrounding area with the land just moving right around the house.
Hello. You guys are doing great. I am writing to you by e-mail, but you are not responding. That's why I'm writing here. Do you have video courses of your experience? I want to buy a training course from you.
Impressive. The cost must have used up a large part of the owner's savings but at least he can keep living there. I recently had to connect to the city sewer line after my septic tank died. It cost me $90,000. The city had to get involved and issue permits. A disastrous home expense can't happen to you until it does.
Luckily for the homeowner it cost quite a bit less than what you had to pay for your sewer and septic tank issue. We're very familiar with working with cities as all of our projects are permitted.. but that's not to say this wasn't a disastrous home expense the homeowner had to deal with
I mean... It's now been 4 months since we finished our repairs and removed those massive beams overhead. The home has been measured multiple times each week and has not moved more than one tenth of an inch while the surrounding land has continued to move. So no collapsing here.. Also, it's someones hard earned property... not crap. Thanks for the comment!

I bet you this work costs a fortune, and for what? When mother nature comes through in a few months with pouring rain and that house slides down the hill, I hope you're willing to give them their money back. False hope and you guys are thieves
you literally have no idea what you're talking about.. We warranty our work.. and we're tying the home's into bedrock so that no matter what happens with the moving surface soils or big rains this home is locked will be locked in place. We don't provide false hope or promises we can't keep 💁♂

Cute. Do they really think those beams are going to do anything? Waist of time, energy and money right there.

Im sure you can fix the settlement problem. But how do you fix the landslide problem?
The idea is that we're tying the home's foundation and footings into soils below the slip plane of the landslide!
@@DalinghausConstructionInc Interesting. Wondering how deep the helical piles have to go to reach below the slip plane?
Hello. I want to train myself and train my team. I want to master your technologies and experience. How can I get this training?

Great job, Dalinghaus construction, excellent news!

Band-aid
permanent solution with a warranty.. but thanks for the comment!
That company is making money off this temporary band aid.

Thank you, Dalinghaus, for your saving these people's homes, keep up the good work. Ignore the naysayers, they're eaten up by envy.
