If you are going to use the mic on the camera, record in a space with no " bounce" / echo. Clap you hands once and if you hear anything more than a thud, move to a more cluttered or carpeted space. Inside a vehicle with the windows up is often a good simple choice.

Impressive. The cost must have used up a large part of the owner's savings but at least he can keep living there. I recently had to connect to the city sewer line after my septic tank died. It cost me $90,000. The city had to get involved and issue permits. A disastrous home expense can't happen to you until it does.

I bet you this work costs a fortune, and for what? When mother nature comes through in a few months with pouring rain and that house slides down the hill, I hope you're willing to give them their money back. False hope and you guys are thieves

Curious. What is 50 Narcissa Drive like? I used to volunteer for Ride to Fly which eas a therapy riding facility at this address. It consisted of a 2 stall barn, a big stall to the right of the barn and a covered stall on the other side. We had a loading ramp, arena, tackroom, cross ties and I think a shed for the tractor and tools. We used the tractor to run it through the arena. We oulled something behind it but don't remember. The owner of the property lived on the next street over. RTF leased this property from them. It was such a beautiful area and I understood why people lived here. My heart goes out to everyone. I have so many fond memories of this area. I even leased a horse from someone who lived in this complex.

There's no repairing any foundation in that area. If it's lifted, the house will still slide into the ocean. Lost cause. Pls don't take the owner's money

A lot of videos on what concrete spalling is, while we all know and can see it, we are looking for the best way to repair it, 'get it fix', duh, why do you think I am watching TH-cam videos about concrete, for entertainment?!

While the land sinking and moving, you are buying time, you will have issues, but i hope it last a long time.

I heard the city banned construction in the slide area and got sued enforced to relent. Those who sued and subsequently built property on the land (and sold it) should be held responsible

Why would anybody build there. Portuguese bends homes have been sinking for decades. I drove through there 20 years ago, and there was a house sinking right into the ground. It had been doing that already for years. When I saw it was seventy percent in the ground already.

I'm still waiting to ass the 16 inches of sinking. Nice view of the trash cans though 😂
