theres a difference even wirh the ecdis distance and gps distance when the route distance is too long. Actually i sint know the reaaon to that. Wje. Giging distance to charterers give distance from ecdis

@@stillnotsteve1989 if your gps is connected to the radar it must show on d radar screen once you put the route on to monitor mode on gps… if Stil not showing then there must be a connection error.. otherwise your route from ecdis must come to the radar
Is your radar also FURUNO. Maybe the connection to route is given from ecdis not from the gps. On my ship also the same. Route comes to radar monitor from ecdis
Try to do a cold start and clear memory. On this model GP-150 it should b on self test as I remember. If doesn’t work then you need to inform the company and arrange a technician to upgrade the software version… until such time flag state will send you a dispensation letter

What is the reason route differs its miles between GPS total miles and the excel program route total miles?

I have the information . The series Furuno all the eror. All the ship used Furuno come back to may 2002.
