    It seems like a great deal but before you can move onto the lot you have to already be setup. A well dug. Electricity. A home built. All permits paid for. If you think you can just go there and live in a camper or motor home you are sadly mistaken. They will chase you off real fast.

    What are approximate costs of well, electricity? Are there restrictions on building? In other words is the property contracted with a particular builder, or may buyer independently build with contractor of choice?
